Don’t use curbside pick up unless you want long delays resulting in cold food and a warm drink. Even though I had a dog in the car, I finally had to go inside for my food and just got a”Sorry, but we’ve been busy.” Their phone is completely automated with no option to even talk to a person.
This review is a result of a total lack of customer service. It began in September when I went to this location for take out food. I received change for a $20 bill when I had given the cashier a $50. After stepping away I noticed and immediately returned and asked for the correct change. After a discussion that resolved nothing, I was asked for my phone number by the night manager and told that I would be contacted the next day. No call. After a few days I tried to find the contact info online and only found the "Habit Listens" website to which I sent a message describing my experience. Habit didn't listen because once again, no call. After my third attempt to contact this company I posted a yelp review and received a "We're sorry, please provide a phone number to reach you" response. So now, a few months later, I have still not heard from anyone. It's too bad because Habit was our favorite burger in town and we frequented there a few times a month. It seems as though this would have been an easy thing to resolve given the use of cameras inside and outside of the store with it very likely that one is trained on the counter. I am posting this because of the terrible customer service that I have received with the lost money secondary. The customer is always right and good service do not apply to this business.
Decent burgers, sweet potato fries. Brussels sprouts were a little disappointing, little flavor. But still glad to see them on the menu!
Came here to get dinner. Waited in line 10 minutes, got to the front and all of sudden they’re no longer taking orders. The he cashier can’t tell me when orders will resume, he doesn’t even have a clue. Then I try to use a char ticket that I got from the habit for completing messing up my order last week. I was told that the char ticket could be used for anything on the menu, and if the cost exceeds the amount of the Char burger then I’ll have to cover the difference. Well they denied that too. Don’t waste your time here at this location
Found a hair in my boyfriends sandwich AND my burger. Not sure how there were that many hairs but they were long and very obvious. Couldn’t get through to an actual human by calling the restaurant. very disappointed.
This chain of burger stores is growing and it's somewhat popular. The food is good enough, but nothing special. Sit outside in the sun.
Food was delicious! Was told they'd bring us the food but they forgot we had to go up and get it ,so it wasn't as hot as I'd like but still very good
Food is excellent. I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich much healthier then a hamburger. I also avoid French fries and get their battered and fried green beans. Not sure if they are the healthier choice or not but they seem like they would be. This place is usually pretty busy but they handle it well and the wait is always brief. The re eataurant is usually kept clean and we can always find a nice table to eat at. During the summer or warmer days they have a nice outdoor dining area. I would recommend Habit to anyone looking for a meal that is better then a fast food meal but at the speed and consistency of a fast food restaurant.
Great food! They have food options for everyone and they all taste wonderful. Employees are all happy and very helpful. Everything is prepared fresh and hot.
Santa Barbra burger is always great. Don't forget to get the onion rings and sweet potato fries!
