Today at 9:24 pm Very rude staff I had an order to pick up I was inside about to grab my order it was ready then all of a sudden another worker started yelling at me telling me the lobby is closed and they locked me out told me I have to go thru drive thru even though my food was ready and the drive thru had over 15 cars doesn’t make any sense why would you make me go through drive-through if my order is already ready and I am inside terrible customer service no common sense
HORRIBLE! I wouldn't even five them 1 star! Ordered online for instore pick up. Got to the store, lobby closed! WHY!!?? Drive thru has about 10+ cars in line. This is crazy! So I call the store and I'm told I have to wait in the drive thru. Taco bell is losing it bad. There were alot of angry customers in front of the store! INCLUDING ME!
Pictures explain it all! Maybe the store manager will see this?? This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE even if short staffed! More likely it's due to laziness than anything else!! Employee should be FIRED immediately!!!
The staff tries, but there isn’t enough help. Whoever runs this location should be ashamed, 80 minutes to service 10 cars in the drive thru last night. Save your gas and go somewhere else for a late night bite because the staffing issues have been going on for months and they seem to be incapable of fully staffing this location to keep up with demand.
They are so slow. 4 gallons of gas waiting for 40 minutes in the drive-through.
Drive thru staff put the cones after us at 10:26pm when they close at 11. When we got to the window at 10:58, they said they are closed and already cleaned up. Claimed we snuck in through the cones but it was the two cars after us. The staff didn’t care and just said we already cleaned up. Would not recommend this Taco Bell at all.
With the line wrapping around the building like an in and out burger, you would think that they were doing good business, but they must have a rookie or a skeleton crew working now, cuz I never imagined I would spend 30 or 40 minutes in the drive-thru line. With the dining room closed. I need to remember to stop coming here. Unfortunately the other Taco Bell across town is somehow worse.
