Probably the worst Taco Bell i have ever been to. The drive thru wait time is ridiculous. The employees will start to take your order then stop and make you wait 10 minutes until they return and ask you all the same questions over again. Dining inside is possibly worse. No "hello", no "thank you", no "have a nice day", they literally set your food down and walk away. This location is close to my office but id probably be better off going to the Jefferson location.
First shout out to Jennifer M one of the managers there. She gave great customer service even when the wait time was long and it was a stressful situation with an overwhelming amount of orders. DoorDashing there later is tough due to the layout of the drive through, and that’s not an issue with the employees. People cut, the line can get long, yada yada. There should be a limit on the DoorDash app or at least have a way to put estimated wait times for customers so they know what to expect and to not overwhelm staff. Also TacoBell could set a cap on orders online or do something, ANYTHING to help out their hard working employees.***** They are very short staffed****** so if you come on here complaining about wait times, send in an application and throw on an apron because there was only 1 person working on Everyone’s food. Thank you to the hardworking staff, I hope your company and customers appreciate you. (I could not go to tellthebell.com I did not have a survey code)
Went a few times and the wait has gotten progressivly longer.Drive thru was taking over 20 minutes so we went inside, ordered at the kisok and waited another 45 minutes for our food inside.Workers had no hustle and not apologetic for the wait at all.I love taco bell but this location NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES.Not going back.
Terrible customer service. If I wanted to use the kiosk I would have, I expect some customer service & was offended when I was asked to. They took way too long to make my order & still forgot my drink. This TB is Terrible
Food was good, but my soft tacos didn't feel or look like soft tacos. They were rolled in the wrapper and not much ingredients inside. My burrito and Chalupa was good though.
Worst Taco Bell ever! The staff is ride and gives attitude and half the time the lobby isn't even open. They only do a half a$$ job! 10/10 do NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!!
Usually good, but this time they really scrambled our order. We'll give them another chance soon, but this time they screwed up
They didnt even cook the flat bread and called it a chalupa I used to work at Taco Bell for 4 years I have never thought it was okay to give somebody an uncooked chalupa not to mention I ordered two bean burritos and a Cheesy mailbox and got a 5-layer and all the tacos in the cheesy milk box were cracked and destroyed I really hope that someone from corporate cease this cuz this is ridiculous pure laziness and people not wanting to make the food
The food is always ok but the drive through line could use some improving. Wait times are getting longer and longer (especially if you pre-order) but still have to wait. At least the inside it open so you can walk in to pick up food again.
Wow. Ordered door dash yesterday, driver shows up and is told by the first person they don’t have the food to make the items ordered. Then told the order isn’t showing up on screen.Went back the next day and picked it up. They didn’t put any sauce in the bag which means I had to taste every bite.
