Coffee is coffee Starbucks Coffee usually the same everywhere there seem to be about 3 or 4 people working at this location Chen non of them seem extremely friendly or happy to be at work it worked compared to some of the other starbucks where there are always up bit and nice some of the tables were not being wiped down there was at least 2 or 3 tables that had a bunch of crumbs and he wand it wasn't like a super busy day or time of day when we went Drinks took a little longer than most Starbucks but they taste good like any Starbucks wood just maybe not the fastest employees or didn't seem to Care a whole bunch
In Napa I enjoy this Starbucks; it's mellow, friendly and not usually crowded like one down town. One can sit outside for however long you want. Good location with other shops & services by it.
The staff was great and very friendly. The cashier named Angel gave me a great drink recommendation!

I'll forgoe the usual notes on service, cleanliness, prices ect.ITS STARBUCKS, order your $5.00 coffee and wait for your name to be called.
I can't say enough about Starbucks, always a great place to have a refreshment.
I had to review this Starbucks because 1) they don't mess-up your order 2) they don't mess-up the coffee (perfect temp/flavors), but more importantly 3) the employees who work here are friendly and truly hard-working. I've come in to see the place slammed by customers, and the orders are always getting pumped out on time!I hope the employees who work at this Starbucks get acknowledged for how well they present the franchise, there are SO MANY Starbucks that simply suck, but this is definitely not one of them!
