Not the greatest experience today. The server/barista was quite prickly and not a joy to work with. The interaction had a totally negative vibe.At the end, I asked for a stir stick (in order to stir the cream & sugar in my coffee) and was told, “we’re not giving those anymore.” I pointed to the large stash of stir sticks on the counter behind her and said “please.” She grabbed one and placed it in the dirty serving counter… not in my hand or into my beverage while exhibiting a bit of attitude.I’ll continue to visit Starbucks—just not this one.
I'm a Starbucks regular and have visited this location many times when visiting family in Napa and it seems it has been getting progressively worse. Our last visit was on Easter, it was not busy but the store itself was dirty both the counters and floor. My Frappuccino was not only tasteless but watery in the bottom and Icey on the rest of it, my husband's venti caramel macchiato was mostly ice. We will not visit this location again.
Saturday, 9.30pmThe store closes at 11 pmWe put in mobile order. When we got to the store, the door was locked. There were employees working, we knocked and waited next to the door for 5 minutes, and they completely ignored us. We walked around the store, and saw 8 cars in line for the drive through. We decided to try get the drinks through there. The line was barely moving. We found the store phone number, and they said that the lobby closes at 9pm. However, that is not posted anywhere.
It can get pretty busy BUT their drinks are always made to perfection
The drinks are delicious when they are made right... Which doesn't usually happen most of the time. Customer service is excellent overall. Just need more training on taking orders and making them properly.
I have been coming to this location for years.. even worked here 7 years ago. Always received good drinks and service until Tonight my family and I came thru drive thru and received terrible drinks. I asked for extra caramel and an add shot in my latte and didn’t receive ethier. Also ordered a caramel frapp and it had no drizzle when I asked for it the woman at window just squirted some on top and handed it back to me! Pure laziness! The frapp was also very watery. The crew was standing around talking and that’s more then likely why my drinks weren’t made correctly.I just don’t understand. I’m a barista myself and I could never be so careless about the drinks I’m serving to paying customers! Very upset!!

Don't do drive thru, don't get peppermint mocha. Pretty standard for Starbucks, imma be honest. Good establishment overall, good for coffee, capitalism, and consumerism on Mondays.
