Starbucks never fails me even on vacation ! Got the cold brew and salted caramel cold brew and it was made perfectly how I like it ! Staff were friendly and fast and they seem to work together well .i will be back again that’s forsure
Rude and poorly made coffees. Ordered a capuccino and I received half an espresso shot with the rest of the cup froth. Requested an extra espresso and received pike place to put into my cappuccino. Left it on the table and the attendant yelled at me to throw it away…Also ordered an espresso macchiato and received a latte. When I asked for the correct drink the enployee proceeded to make a poorly made espresso with milk.
Walked 2 miles expecting to get a drink and sit a spell. But they closed at 2pm. This has become a habit with most Starbucks and is very discouraging not to know if they will be open when you arrive.
Mask required indoors. Outdoor seating is perfect on a nice day here in Napa. Great ambiance at this Starbucks. Two bathrooms with code 12345.

Friendly staff. Ordered on line and then added more to my order upon arriving and they were very quick To complete the additional items. Is way better than the imola store
10/08/2021 Whew! Very busy store on a Friday morning at 6:00am. My tall dark roast coffee order was made perfectly. It sure hit the spot on a "cold to this Florida" gal morning. There were three barista's behind the counter and they were working their butts off getting mobile and walk in orders out. This is very clean and organized store. You can dine in and there are tall, short and long tables for solos and small groups. There is outdoors seating facing the street so you can people watch. Also there are power outlets inside so I was able to charge my phone. I also saw a wine rack on the wall so I guess they serve wine too! ?The code for both restrooms is on a sign on the door in large numbers 12345. lol Thank you!
This Starbucks Coffee serves variety of Napa Valley wine in the store.....
The staff is helpful and friendly. The bathrooms are clean. There are loads of outlets along the wall to plug in or charge whatever you need to. Excellent revelation for a traveler like me.
