I had my very first ever wine tasting here, it was a amazing experience. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly, they definitely know the wine industry. The food/snacks were amazing and they have a amazing view of the vineyards and MT. Veeder. I will definitely be coming back.
Incredible experience for wine tasting. Family owned place. Personally, I am a sweet wine person, they didn't have a sweet wine flight experience but their flight was very good. They come to your table and explain everything from their story to how wine is made. The flight was $50 per person. They also bring some small snacks with the tasting which is great for wine pairing. They had a sweet wine bottle open and they offered a free try for us which was amazing. Out of all the options in Napa for wine tasting, I would definitely recommend this winery!
We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting and experience here. The interior is stunning and lovingly designed. But the best place of all is the patio, overlooking the valley. We enjoyed a 5-wine tasting, with knowledgeable and fascinating sommeliers guiding us through each wine.Absolutely worth a visit and a lazy afternoon.
This place offers food/meals and tastings, so much yes!Food is organic and mostly grown on the estate, which means you can actually taste the wow in the flavor. Everything was honestly amazing, no complaints on the food.Wine - tasting includes 6 wines which was a great value to try the different types. They doubled up on some grapes, but made sure they were different, which was nice. Overall we loved the wines. We loved the lack of structure with the food and wines and encouraged you to just try everything in different combinations to make it fun. While some might prefer more structure - this place is just more loose in that regard.Staff was very knowledge but also probably a pathological liar. He made it interesting and a great story, but it was a bit awkward with the outlandish stories he'd tell about himself that were very far from the truth. He sat down with us like we were friends and made the experience very fun.Wine cave - off limits to guests at this time, I guess the fire dept shut it down. Though that might have been another lie, that's what our server told us. No worries, we didn't book a tour just the food and wine.This place is small batch so they didn't let us buy bottles to waive the tasting fee, which we didn't' like. I think buying an $85 bottle to waive the fee would have made us each purchase one, but in the end we left with 0 and spent over $125 each. Not complaining, just providing my review.I would definitely go back and try the full meal, maybe they will have changed the policies on tasting fees by then!
Exceptional vineyard, from the wine & snacks to the intimate, beautiful outdoor area and location.
My wife and I went here for my wife’s birthday and had an amazing eat and drink experience. The wine and food was just unforgettable! We bought 3 bottles to take home and unfortunately our luggage got stolen in San Fran on our last day here. Word of advice to anyone flying out of San Fran, do not leave your valuables in your car at any parking lot or parking garage.
We had a great tasting experience! The wines were great and the location was beautiful. We needed up ordering a bottle of wine to just hang out after the tasting. The tasting price was average for Napa but it came with a nice snack tray which definitely elevated the value compared to others we visited. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely return.
We had a good experience wine tasting at Robert Sinskey. The winery has a cool history. The location is great, and the winery is beautifully done. Like all Napa wineries, the tasting is a bit pricey, but it does come with 5 wines and a couple of small plates of palate-cleansing food. The wines were very good. Our host gave us a bonus taste of the estate Cab, and it was great. We ended up buying a bottle of that and drank it at a table in front of the tasting room, which was very nice.
