The food is really good and fresh but DONT go after 5pm on a weekday. There’s a huge line for online pick up and carry out. I waited like 30mins in line bc they had so many online orders to address. They had plenty of staff but it seemed like they couldn’t go fast enough. They dont seem to actually make the online orders till they come to pick it out so maybe that’s why.
There were lots of choices and everything was well made and delicious. It was such an outstanding bargain.
This location is severely under staffed. There is no where to sit with all the delivery drivers waiting for orders. It has taken an hour and 15 minutes to get our online order. It is honestly faster to wait in line then to pick up an online order. The store should either hire more people or limit the amount of online orders they are accepting. On another note, opening another store would be a fantastic idea.
Ordered on the app with a pickup time of 6:10. Had to wait in line just to tell them I was there to pickup my order. Waited for 24 minutes to get my order. In person diners were just having to wait with a line out the door while online orders were being filled.
when I choose my plates or bowls It doesn't matter what I order, I know that my whole family will love them
I ordered food 3 hours ago, so I could pick it up at 5:30 PM, and they’re helping people waiting in line in person before making the online orders. ? I’ve never had this happen before.
Food is good but they couldn't remember to give you teriyaki sauce for your teriyaki chicken if their life depended on it. Why would someone want teriyaki chicken without the sauce?? They will simply not answer their phone either. So if you order teriyaki chicken on door dash or some other delivery, prepare to have no sauce.
This place closes and refuses to make food 30 min early every night. Why not just close at 930 instead of 10? No rice...no noodles.. the worst panda ever. No stars
Today it took longer then it should be to get my food I ordered ahead to get it fast but it didn't I got it like 20 min later of the time that supposedly be ready.
Ordered online and waited over an hour after my food was supposed to be ready. Extremely rude staff.
