What an awesome experience at the most technologically advanced private Winery we have seen. The views and wine are amazing, but their process is even cooler. Nick was an awesome host. Definitely worth a visit.

We had an amazing tour today by Jordan. He was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. I learned a lot about how Palmaz produces their wine. The wine and pairings were excellent. We never felt rushed. I have done wine tastings and tours in Napa and other areas of US, Canada and Europe and overall enjoyed this winery and our tour guide the most. Would highly recommend!
What an incredible experience! Palmaz is the epicenter of where technology/AI meets biology/chemistry meets civil engineering meets most importantly personality and family. Trey is the best brand ambassador that a winery could ask for!

Palmaz tour and tasting was an outstanding experience! Shawn made it interesting and fun, teaching us about the process in an entertaining but thorough, knowledgeable way. The grounds are awe inspiring and we even visited with some of the family! Food and wine pairing was fabulous. Cant recommend a better wine experience!
Wow!!! What an amazing experience with our family. This place is absolutely beautiful. Our guide Jordan was so knowledgeable about everything. The view is spectacular. And not to mention we took 6 teenagers that also had a spectacular experience. Highly recommend coming here!!!! 10 stars!!!!
This is the most amazing winery I have been to. The grounds are stunning, staff uber professional, and the wine is in my top 3. Highly recommend the wine and the tasting experience.
