NVBistro is our favorite "go to" restaurant. Consistently delicious food, sufficient variety, reasonable prices (for Napa) for a restaurant of its caliber, superb service.
The menu was wonderful and the service was fantastic. It was my friends birthday and they acknowledged him when he arrived and fussed over him all night including having the chef stop over at our table. It was a lovely place I would highly recommend for a celebration or just a night out.

We sat outside on the patio in front and it was a beautiful day. Cars going by were not much of a distraction, but I was aware. The food....Amazing. Started with Potato Leek Soup - excellent, Fried Calamari - loved it, then the Ahi Tuna from the Starter section of the menu. That was plenty of food and everything was perfect. Our waitress was a sweet as can be and got us everything we needed. I will definitely go again.
Lovely relaxed bistro, i had dungeness crab linguine which was delicious.
5pm reservations outdoor was very nice after driving back from Calistoga. We enjoyed the Mexican shrimp - Cajun ancho-chipotle sauce spicy and loved the tartness. Wanted to have more of it. We also ordered Wild mushroom flatbread which was quite good and crunchy. The flat iron steak was just so so for the price but overall we liked it.
Fabulous meal- scallops were great. Service was top notch- friendly and accommodating.
We had a lovely early dinner before a concert. Our server was courteous and very helpful. The food was delicious and reasonable for todayâs prices!
Best Fish and Chips in town. Garden fries also good. Service excellent.
