Service was excellent. I ordered the fish and chips and the Cobb salad. Breading on the fish was at least 50% of the fish. And it was a very thick dense spreading that completely erased any signs of the fish. I ordered the fries extra crispy. They did what I like to call double dropping. They took already cooked fries and re immersed them in the fryer oil. This causes ultra crispy but ultra greasy and chewy inside french fries. All in all it was it disappointing dining experience, especially given the five-star prices. I walked out having spent more than twice what I have spent many other times for much better quality food.

Food was great, excellent beer recommendations. Server didn’t come around too often so unfortunately didn’t order more. But all in all it was great. Already recommended it to some friends!

The location of this restaurant is right in the heart of downtown Napa which is great. They expanded so there's even more room to spread out with your friends. The food is tasty, although the portions could be a little bit bigger on the appetizers and sides. They have a really wide selection of beers, ciders, and wine as well as a full bar which is really great. Management is good and the wait staff are friendly and fast. The area where this restaurant fails short is their bartenders. While they can pull a beer quickly and mix a drink fast, the attitude you get from them is undeserving.

Wow the food in this place is phenomenal! Great beers too. I tried the ace guava cider and it was so refreshing highly recommend! My husband go the lamb burger with light feta and I got the burger and added an egg. Chefs kiss. So juicy and delicious! We also got garlic fries to share. Everything was amazing. Their home made ranch was perfect as well! If you’re in the area, stop by! You won’t regret it

Nice bar and tap room with extremely friendly staff and a great selection of beer and food. We thoroughly enjoyed the time at Palisades and will come back!

Ahi Salad was nice. Tasted great. I was enjoying the company (as was he) but, the waiter wasn't very intuitive. Still had a nice time and the food was good.

The environment is pleasant, rustic, a few screens on the wall showing different things. The one in view from my vantage point was showing an episode of Bones, the doctor and her team graphically peeling off the face of the poor victim while the people at the table under the screen ate their lunch. We got a laugh from it, but it wasn't quite right. The three burgers ordered were good. I'd guess they were about 1/3 pound before cooking, they were more bread than burger. The burgers don't come with fries, so for three people we ordered two plates of fries. The two beers ordered were also good. The service was fine. It's expensive to eat in Napa. As a local, I knew what we were in for. That pound of meat, two beers, two orders of fries totalled $75 before tip, just be prepared.

Noelle is incredible! She helped accommodate our group of 6 for a birthday celebration, helped reserve via Resy and quick assistance overall. She even arranged to have cake brought out for the birthday guy at the end of our meal. AMAZING! She is extremely professional, helpful, illustrates amazing customer service and all around a great person/worker. We love coming to Palisades not only for the great food and drinks; but the staff makes it a great place for all occasions. We will for sure return in the near future. Thank you Noelle and staff!

We returned to Napa pretty late and were looking for something open late downtown. Enter Napa Palisades. We drove by and saw it was quite busy. We parked across the street and walked in. We waited about 2 minutes for a table. We ordered a rosé cider and a Hefeweizen beer along with a burger and spicy chicken sandwich along with a side of fries to share. Sandwiches and drinks arrived quickly. Everything was great. I had expectations of my chicken sandwich being fried and coated in sauce but it turned out to be more of a ground chicken patty (burger like) with spices. I love spicy food and felt like it wasn’t very spicy at all. It still hit the spot and I felt like it was a good pick. The fries were definitely large enough to share. They were nice and crispy on the outside and soft in the middle and well seasoned. Service was casual but prompt. This hit the perfect spot for a late night meal. Would visit again.
