The website to order is not intuitive or user friendly. The actual store / restaurant is unimpressive. The salad bar was very uninspired, the beets fizzy/not good. The pizza dessert not good. The pizza OK mainly a bunch of thick dough and cheese. The staff quite good and friendly.
The pizza was excellent ' the staff need a little more training as we didn't get our salads till it was time to go.I definitely want to go back ? fresh good pizza and beer or cider made for a nice dinner.Teresa
Flavor is great ! Veggies are fresh red & white sauce are really tasty which is always important. The ? is really good .. Been here 4 times wonderful customer service.. The salad bar .. lettuce isn't that fresh. The dining area is large enough to have your personal space. Music is also very good. Bummer the games don't always work for the kiddos and Mountain Mikes does not give you the tokens you loose. So your out monies there. Customer service is ?.
The pizza was pretty good with a fair amount of the 3 toppings I ordered.
We ordered a large specialty pizza, BBQ wings and garlic sticks. Overall the pizza and BBQ chicken wings were good. The cheese sticks were not as cheesy as they usually are and they were crispy and dry. My kids usually love the garlic sticks because it taste better than a cheese pizza but these garlic sticks weren't as good as the garlic sticks we get at home from Mountain Mike's.
Perfect experience. Great food (chicken club / pepperoni) and great service. I suppose I wish it was 5 bucks less expensive, but still worth it. 35 for large pizza. Great beer and wine selection.
Food is good Pizza is very good lots of fresh toppings more then any of the other pizza places in town that I can think of! Salad bar is fresh and has a lot to offer. I could probably get away with just getting the Salad bar. Instead I ordered all you can eat Salad bar and pizza, make it a late lunch and call it dinner then I feel like I'm getting my moneys worth.The remodeled building is a pleasant upgrade from when it was Sizzler's Steak House.Employees are friendly and attentive. Dining area is clean and pleasant.

It is always tasty and seems to have quality ingredients. That said, I live in Napa, CA and was excited to see a new store here; however, what was delivered was highly questionable.This pizza was totally different. It tasted like cheap cafeteria pizza with super super SUPER thin pepperoni (unlike in Walnut Creek). The pizza was very disappointing. Moreover, the side salad was clearly from a bag with unsliced carrots so big we couldn't eat them, brown ice burg lettuce and rather sloggy, to be honest - we paid $43.37 + a $3.00 tip.I will not be ordering from this location again. What is your plan to make this right.....
Pizza and breadsticks came delivered on time and everything was hot. We were terribly disappointed in the overall taste of all aspects of the pepperoni pizza and the cheesy bread sticks were sub par. $50 ish for one pizza, cheesy bread and soda delivered with tip included. Never again. I'll get a better product from pizza guys and domino's AND I'll get more pizza for the same price. Big disappointment.
My child went here to eat with her class. The owner had signed a donation promise to her school and as soon as they sat down the manager said what are you doing in here and told them to leave. The teacher asked him for the donation so they could get that aside before they ate. Then the manager said the owner doesnt want to donate anymore and you all need to leave. He asked for the owner and the owner came out saying he didnt want to donate anymore and they all needed to leave immidately. We had planned on a family dinner here when we saw they opened but will not support businesses that treat our students this way in Napa.
