2 out of 4 of the people working at the time had horrible customer service skills. They acted like zombies that were going through the motions and didn't want to be there. Food has gotten worse too over the last year or so. The also should not have gotten rid of the greek olives.
We were told Mod pizza was a great inexpensive option for a quick dinner in Napa. The young lady that greeted us and took our order was very friendly. Next was a worker that kept making pained facial expressions, had her dyed blueish hair dangling over our pie as she made it. Both my wife and I felt it was rather off-putting but at least the pie went into a 500-degree oven. The food itself was good but definitely NOT amazing. We didn't find any hairs but still think a hair net would have been appropriate for someone with 8 inches of dangling hair 10 inches above your food. Overall good for price.
Great tasting pizza. Went for lunch and it was very quick. Lots of topping selections and a flat price.

Very nice service with fresh hot food. After designing and ordering the pizza was ready in less then 10 minutes. All the employees were super nice and helpful and the ingredients for the pizzas are fresh.
I’ve been coming here a lot. Great pizza and great value. Unfortunately, the cell signal sucks (not their fault) but the WiFi also sucks which I think they could fix.
I don't have an issue with MOD Pizza, infact I love MOD Pizza! The problem with this LOCATION is bad staff and management.On multiple occasions I have witnessed and experience employees playing on their phones and ignoring customers. I've even experienced staff intentionally looking the other way or running into the back room after seeing they are being flagged down.I've experienced eye rolls and sarcasm whe the staff got very simple orders incorrect (I asked for light sauce, and the kid proceeded to put two full ladles onto my pizza, I reiterated "I asked for sauce", and he rolled his eyes and sharply said "this IS light, you want it LIGHTER than THIS?", I replied yes, and he slammed the pizza into a rack and did 1 ladle, which is Normal sauce not light, but I just ignored it because I didn't want to deal with his childish attitude).Altogether horrible staff. I'll frequent OTHER MOD Pizzas, I'm never coming back here, and I recommend you, the reader avoid this location.

Great pizza and great value!! Pizza is made fresh on order in hot oven right in front of you. Plus you can add any toppings as much as you want! You cannot go wrong!
