I was on my way to some other place to see someone about something when all the sudden I came upon the Mercadito food truck. I pulled in and asked the guy in front of me what the house specialty was and he said "get the wet burrito de carne asada" so I did and it was spectacular to say the least!5 stars.
My sister Lily turned me onto to this amazing food! By far the best vegan food in the valley!!
These guys are absolutely fantastic. Not only is the food delicious, but they're also the coolest people you could hope to meet. The vegan menu is always delicious and we look forward to it every week.
Wow! Mercadito food truck is absolutely amazing. The truck itself looks beautiful and Valentin is always very welcoming. I recommend the al pastor tacos!
