The staff seemed really nice I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them. The wait time is a little bit longer but I’ve never had an issue with that either. But I get kids meals for my daughter often enough to know what comes with it. Apparently chocolate milk, white milk, or apple juice are a surcharge now and they only provide pop as a drink item that comes with the meal. This isn’tRepresented on the menu at all so I thought I’d mention it here so other people don’t become a victim of that. It seems a little sickening considering McDonald’s is already unhealthy but now you’re only giving pop options and have to pay extra for what is considered kind of healthy drinks for a child. I’m not sure if that’s this locations decision to make more money but I haven’t heard of this at any other location. Just wanted to give everyone else a heads up.
Fast and friendly service, I guess there was a newly hired young lady as well.
McDonald's is something I've known my entire life. David the manager and Miguel a cashier here the two of them together made me change my entire look up McDonald's and I think I'm going to become to McDonald's way more often if not every time I want fast food now forget Jack in the Box thank you so much mr. Manager David and Miguel who seems to be excellent with his customer service skills timeliness and quality of products and I've been so many around the world however sure Napa I am just amazed by the cleanliness of the store modern look and awesome kiosks the make it fun and easy to pay but most of all was just a beautiful customer service I've had I'm handicapped and the manager day that he saw me getting out of my car and struggling and he ran out to the car and he offered to give me a hand getting into the restaurant thank you everybody that works here and I asked you the corporate leaders please just tell them thank you for me give them up some appreciation for a loyal customer who's going to be even more loyal now that I've met them thank you David thank you Miguel good day to you both
To much technology but good small hamburgers but good
Do not come here. The other McDonald's in town is a bit better. We went through the drive thru a couple weeks ago on a Friday evening. Missing items, rude male employee, and what was in the bag was gross. Giving out extra fries that are old, cold, and hard does not make up for missing burgers and apple pies. What we did get ended up in the garbage.
Gotta love Mc Donald's. Inside was clean even the restroom.
It is a good fastfood restaurant
Tonight it was five stars the person in front of us paid for our meal so we paid for the one in back of us and I guess that's been going on over there and it was an awesome experience it was really nice of those people
It’s ok but the fries are sooooo good
All they care about is thee car court and there drive thru times . Consently not getting the orders right .
