To say I'm fed up with this restaurant is a mere approximation.Several different times, at least three in recent memory, I've attempted to order from this location using Uber Eats. This is not a review intending to bash Them, as this is the fault entirely of the location I'm ordering from.Whoever manages the packing of the online orders should be fired posthaste. The bag arrives to me perfectly sealed, yet is missing key components with no explanation nor an actual receipt stuck to the bag so that I can verify it was even my order in the first place. I actually attempted to call the store after I received the order knowing the fault was theirs, and I was left hanging for so long that it prompted me some sort of access code.The strange thing is that every time I go inside the actual lobby and order through a kiosk, everything is fine, and there's no issues. In fact, if I were basing it solely on that, my review would be more than stellar. Glowing, even. Whether this is employee error, or perhaps something in their system, I will likely not be bothering to order through an outside service ever again - as it seems to be consistently flawed.
The kitchen was in chaos. 3 times the supervisor came to take my order and then left before I even spoke a word.Another customer who had already paid for 3 orange juices, with kids sitting outside in their car, said she had been wanting over 10 minutes and was desperate. They gave her 3 bottles of water in place of the O.J.Another supervisor, just starting her shift took control of the situation and immediately started on clearing back orders.
I went inside at lunch due to the long line at the drive-thru.Nobody at the counter to take my order and 3 employees looked at me and didn't say anything. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and then left.This McDonald's has been super in the past. It may be awhile before I return, though.
Consistently awful! Can’t get an order right, ever! Ask for cheese you will never get it. Ask for no mayo they will give you extra mayo. Happy meals missing toys or, old outdated toys. Cold fries, just gross! I know that good help is hard to find but, shut it down, train your staff, good grief!
This place sucks! All the teenagers need a customer service lesson... and their management is no better... very poor if I could give half a star I would cause a full star is 2 good
It's McDorgulds. Can't be all that good, not all that bad either. Quarter pounder with cheese still a go-to, don't get the fried pink slime, all that good stuff. Like the techy ordering system though.

They locked the door with customers inside? I got here at 6. Lobby is supposed to close at 7. I know short staff is a thing but can yall put a sign up or something so I'm not standing in the cold just confused? Thx
