Sooo good and almost too inexpensive. Picked up a Burrito while filling up at Speedway. It must have been about 1030 at night and I had been on the road for 6 hours and still had an hour to drive. The service was fast!
A mobile eatery that can hold its own against upsacle brick and mortar establishments. Don't let the food trailer stigma fool you in thinking this is just another "food truck". The ensemble of ingredients is complex and layered with care and precision. The El Pastor tacos were consistent in presentation and flavor with notes of sweetness accompanied by a wood fire grilled finish along with a fresh smoke grilled jalapeño. WILL NOT be disappoint even the most challenging palette. A MUST STOP while visiting wine country or a local wanting a lunch or dinner that is sure to satisfy

My favorite for tacos now! The ingredients are fresh and tortillas are handmade and nice and thin. They've got a good menu for other stuff too. Can't wait to try more.
