Do not order delivery through the little Caesar’s app. I got the wrong order. DoorDash said they are not responsible and little Caesar’s said they are not responsible. I called little Caesar’s customer service and they don’t pick the phone. I left 4 messages and they never returned my call.

I waited more than 30 min on my order because they had only put in one pizza in the oven instead of two. Never again it’s annoying how they don’t apologize or say what’s wrong and they just keep you waiting there. When I got my order one was burnt and they weren't cut all way through it was just annoying.
I order from here at least once a week. I ordered delivery for my son the other day and the pizza came cold and hard as a board. Today i went in and my order wasn't ready on time. The employee tried to give me my order 2 times with items missing. She had an attitude the whole time from when i came in. I checked my pizzas to make sure they were hot and ready like its supposed to be. A little dark baked but they were hot at least. I get home and the brownie cookie dough dessert was melted. I look up online they are supposed to be refrigerated at all times. They have them in a floor display. I tried to call to tell them they need to be tossed because they have been who knows how long out of refrigeration but they never answer the phones. Everytime i go here i have problems. There wasn't anyone at the store or busy at 8pm. I'm disappointed.
I was on hold for 10 minutes 1st call. Hung up and called 2nd time, phone rang more than 20 times. Hung up. Called a 3rd time, and they finally answered. I wouldn't have wasted my time if it wasn't for my husband wanting the pIzza.
Great pizza! Clean, fast and dependable to get good quality pizza.
Whenever I call in they tell me they are out of stuffed crust but I just order online and turns out they always have it.
I just went at 10pm and they were already close when they say they close at 11pm, was up with napa little Caesars pizza
