The tenders and sandwich were hot and the service was good. The staff was friendly. We also had a biscuits. It was also hot and good. Lots of condiments. We did not have fries.
I don't know if it's just me, but I feel that their chicken have shrunk.
Was out of chicken at 8pm and advertised Large drink on menu (gave medium). When asked Ralph He got snarky, said I only work here?

I ordered the 10pc feast with 2 Cole slaw and 1 potatoes. When I got home and looked they have giving me 2 potatoes and 1 Cole slaw, only 9 pieces of chicken consisting of 1 breast, 3 legs and 5 thighs. ?

I decided to get a Famous Bowl at KFC instead of grocery shopping and making a home cooked meal. It was a terrible idea because I ate several bites of it before I discovered this clump of hair inside the gravy and potatoes.I have worked in the food industry and it isn’t difficult to follow rules like maintaining a clean food station, consistently sanitizing, and keeping your biological matter out of your customer’s meal. This showcases the lack of sanitation practices at Socol Napa’s KFC which is concerning when we are still struggling to overcome a pandemic.If you want a Famous Bowl, skip this KFC because they do not follow sanitation guidelines.
