Took my deposit, wouldn’t honor giving me back my deposit or a drink to compensate that they just took my money. Nice way to scan your customers to pay you for no service from them required

First trip to Napa. Popped in on a whim. Great rock vibe in the tasting room and excellent wines especially for the price.Loved the personal stories behind the wines. Bought two bottles which we quickly consumed and then returned for additional to take home. Our favorite spot of the trip.
Saturday night we had a fantastic time listening to the music- the frozen radicals/5 star however when we came back on Monday evening at 7:00 to see the advertised movie, the dirt, we were told that there was no movie because basketball was on. Yet all tvs were off. Very disappointed with the venue. We would have stayed for basketball but the two gentlemen at the bar were very rude. Disappointed.
Great wines at a price you can't beat in Napa! Comparable in quality to places we went where bottles were 3 to 5 times the price at JaM. Both times we went the staff there--Sarah and Melanie--were lovely and very knowledgeable.
Complete rip off. Cover fee depending on the entertainment will be added to your bill. Could be $30 at times. Better places to go in Napa.
Absolutely delightful and wonderful experience being at this tasting room. I feel like I'm inside of a recording studio where I get to hang out with my friends and drink really awesome wine.
This was the best winery in Napa for sure the service was bar none. We had Sam and she was fantastic, we will for sure be back!
First day in Napa and went to JaM Cellars on a whim and ended having an amazing time. Irie was our JaMbassador. She was very sweet and made our experience amazing! We didn’t have a reservation and we were immediately welcomed. Have a new look on their wine. Very tasty and just a great time!
