Everytime I’ve picked up here for doordash it seems as if the employees fall behind on their online orders so when you arrive the food isn’t even started until you arrived and mentioned your order . I litterally get ignored even though they see me waiting, then once they have helped everyone who is picking through DoorDash or other delivery services then they decide to help me , mind you I pick up multiple orders and have customers waiting for their food that they already have paid for!!! Like seriously either they all need to be retrained or they need certain cooks to just work on the online orders to keep up or they need to rehire a whole new staff because what the actual F.

If you’re gonna close early, how about you change your hours? This is the only fast food restaurant open late and when I can’t get food here it means I get nothing.
The food is great but, the staff needs to have more sense of urgency on the costumer service
I was pleased to see the dining room open again! Not so pleased with the service. Got my tacos and large drink. Ask for hot sauce. When I started eating, found out she’d given me catsup. Went back and told her. She gave me more catsup! Assuming its a language thing? And the large soda had no ice. Had to throw it away…
Took way too long for order. Saw them serve 4 people after my order. Won't go here again
Food is decent and staff is friendly. This location is much better than the other one in town.
One week and seven burgers ago I dined at jack in the box in Napa near the bridge and theater.With a two for one coupon it 'twere darn near affordable.But alas, now that my jack n the box coupons have expiredIt's back to burger king ? as they have the best app by far.See u thar'
‼️FOOD CONTAMINATION-HAIR & FOREIGN OBJECTS‼️I ordered from door dash here tonight at around 11pm. I don’t know WHAT the heck happened, like maybe they were mad at me for ordering an hour before they closed but I had MULTIPLE lint and hairs in every single thing of my food. This wasn’t just a “ew, there’s hair in my food”, it was as though someone threw all my food items on the ground on PURPOSE.It was so absolutely disgusting. Not just my burger, but EVERYTHING had all this hair and lint stuff. Once I realized I was picking out several hairs from my mouth, short hair, long, ball pieces of lint, I vomited. Continued to pick out small hairs out of my mouth for several minutes afterward too. Threw up a couple more times. I wish I was being dramatic but not a single bit of the experience is exaggerated.DoorDash even sent my refund request to an actual manager. I was very nice about the whole thing to her bc DoorDash is being the middle man. I don’t like being the bad reviewer but I’ve never experienced anything so horrible with food contamination in my life. DoorDash said they take foreign objects in food very seriously. I got a refund obviously.But dude, really jack n the box? I know you guys don’t get paid very much but that is SO not an an excuse to do something like this to someone (assuming this bc it was not normal). It was absolutely disgusting. Y’all should be ashamed of yourself for this. Absolutely the MOST disgusting thing I’ve ever experienced. I have contacted vthe health and safety dept for the restaurant in Napa. If I get sick from this, I will be suing and doing an investigation into what happened tonight.
