I have not being to this place for a while more like 12 years due to service today mi kid had a special request so j brought him over we had some fajita omelet and country fried steak with crepes miss Kim was ourselves and Chris was a guy who was clearing and setting up tables both exelente service even the buss boy was walking around filling up coffee and grabbing things we needed out server was also very efficient and supper nice and patient over all much better experience from years ago food was also very tasty and semi fast for a saturday crowd over all very happy and will think about coming back again for sure the only issues was the serves are supposed to take your money but we weren't told about it so we had to wait a while for someone to.help.since miss Kim was on break still happy

I just want to comment on a situation that was posted on Facebook about a waitress named Jan. The post was very disrespectful on this person's part in so many ways. Let me start by saying being in the restaurant business and being a waitress can be very hard especially when you are short-staffed, or the computer server goes down or there are problems in the kitchen. There could even be something else going on that the customers don't know. But when you yell inside a restaurant at a waitress that is the only one on that side of the area and she is doing the best she can and there were problems with the computer server and the waitress still comes up and says she is sorry about it, how can you post something on social media forum and put her or him down. I have been a waitress and isn't all peaches and cream. I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU I HOP FOR HIRING A WONDERFUL PERSON LIKE JAN SHE IS A VERY HARD WORKER AND SHE IS A VERY NICE PERSON. And for people out here and go to any restaurant please be patient with your waitress and if there is a problem don't yell or scream just politely talk to them and they will be able to explain what is going on to you so you then don't feel like you aren't getting the service you need. And also remember when you act like a fool in a restaurant and yell and scream you are causing the other customers to feel very uncomfortable and that is not fair. With that being said JAN YOU ROCK AND I LOVE IT WHEN YOU WAIT ON ME.

The food was spot on, chicken fried steak was amazing! And very well cooked. Props to the cook in the back and the service was great. The server seemed to be still in training and the Caucasian lady that was with her kept trying to instigate and argue with the new lady. She was acting as if she was more superior than her, though that might be the case, treat your associates with respect and have more patience. In this world of employment is really hard to find good people.

Too much waiting in line to enter, and the place was half empty! 15 min to order, plus another 20 min to eat! I ordered coffee and it came after 10 min without spoon, which they brought after 10 min !Honestly, I won't go there anymore!

A trip to Napa with a stop here for breakfast! Crowded to begin with but service and breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and made the experience pleasant. The crowd here goes out the door so something to consider if your coming here!

when I ordered my breakfast it took over an hour and thirty minutes, then I asked one of the waiters and she told me that she forgot to send my order. It seems like I wasn't the only one waiting for my food to come out, there were a lot of people leaving the place very angry about the same issue. What a disappointment that left that place without eating my breakfast!

Worst service ever at this location. Bunch of added costs to meals that we weren’t told about ahead of time. Very disappointed, manager just shrugged shoulders when we spoke to her regarding it.

Oh IHOP, sweet IHOP. Mediocre, super sweet pancakes, festive cheer, and decent food (even though you can see the microwaves).

Good food, as expected! Fast service and friendly staff.
