First time dining at Frida’s and we enjoyed the atmosphere, the service and the delicious food. It was late and there very few restaurants still open around 9 pm, so we were happy they were still serving food until 10 pm. The carnitas were excellent.
Food was good. The server was not very attentive. She didn't bring chips and salsa like she did the other customers.
It's not a bad restaurant. But I really was not impressed. First of all I wanted to order just some side dishes. And they told me no I couldn't order sides for a meal. Several times I had to look for the waitress. Then when I gave them my credit card she walked over to the register and then she went into the back room with my credit card. I have had identity theft so this bothered me. Whoever has your credit card should never be out of sight. There is too much identity theft going on in this world now days. She finally brought me back my credit card and the bill to sign. I will go back and try it again. Cuz it wasn't bad it just wasn't something that I would recommend. It was average Mexican food.
Great service and delicious food! Avocado relleno with fajita veggies instead of beans. DELICIOUS!!!
I wish I remembered to take a picture! The tamales plate was beautiful. One pork, one chicken each with their own sauce. The molé was so warm and creamy ~ it tasted like Love.It came with ceasar salad, rice and black beans with a sprinkle of cojita cheese. Just perfect!!
The service was good, but the food was just mediocre. We picked this place because of the good reviews, so maybe we just caught them on an off evening.
Kinda apprehensive about fish tacos because sometimes they are fried and greasy or too soggy...I got the Blackened Fish TacosDelicious! The margaritas were yummy also..
Such great rustic Mexican cuisine. Always attentive and friendly service. Great locals place!
If this place was closer to my house, my wife and I would probably eat there 4-5 days a week!!! Delicious!!! Very good cocktails too!!!
Exelent service and great food we had a party of six and we were seated almost immediately we order some.margaritas that came out lightning fast and supper tasty up on sitting we where greater fast and almost as fast we had 3 separate baskets of chips and salsa, our server was very nice and on top.of.all of our drinks and got our orders correct all while being supper friendly, the manager walked then dinning room often enough and constantly check both by asking and from. A far to make sure every table was happy, over all great place fast and superb service... we had plane to visit Don pericos in downtown napa but I have never had this great of service and the quality and quantity of food form my money ? im a supper happy camper..... muy full and happy
