Uhoh. When you see a lot of writing, it's going to be a complaint!Let me start with saying that the workers are all at least friendly and nice. The store is clean and in a nice location. The pizza tastes like it should with evenly-dispersed toppings and properly-baked crust and whatnot.Here's the problem: Don't order from this Dominos if you want your pizza properly sliced. Most people don't care, I'm sure, if one slice is a little off. I don't. When it's bisected into a third and two thirds, it's a problem. When ten or more pizzas are ordered and they're all that way, it's a problem. When the same or similar order comes in every week at the same time from the same place and the pizzas are all still cut badly, it's a problem. One would think that some care would be put into making pizzas for repeat customers who spend over $100 per week on pizza orders. (Before you start thinking I'm a fatty - which I am - I'm not just ordering for myself.) I asked once for them to cut my pizzas evenly and nothing changed. This tells me that the Dominos workers don't care about the one product they're actually known for.Thank you for for the good times, Dominos, but "You have failed me for the last time."
Ok I like Dominos but this one in Napa take the cake for the worst. order online wait for the text message for the 2 minute warning go sit on the front porch to pickup and give tip wait 15 minutes go by I called in the delivery person answers and swear they knocked on the door and handed it to me I'm still on the porch waiting for my pizza I said to suppose be delivery driver I explained he get his manager on the phone who say it was delivered to me and then say they remake I say okay I'll come pick it up in person then she pretends not to hear on the and hangs up on me then I get a notification from Dominos that my order was cancelled without refund sorry I can't recommend this one guys and gals...
usually pretty good, but this time my pizza was ready but wings where had even started, when I sat to eat had like 5 jalapenos on my pizza, terrible.First time I had issues with this branch

Order your pizza last week came in half cooked, with no seasoning. Called Domino's spoke to a young lady, SHE apologize said I would get the next order free.Of course when I call to get my FREE order they Said No.How dishonest and lousy customer service. They just lost a customer for life.
The day I went to buy a pizza, it took me a long time, and the one who cooked the pizzas was in a bad mood.

I usually like domino's but tonight no thank you I'm a little upset my cookie brownie is burnt but yet not done how they managed that who knows but it'll be a while before I order as that left a bad taste in my mouth in more than 1 way ???
My wife and i ordered at 910pm. Over an hr later, no pizza delivered. We called after 10pm, and their excuse was that power went out and they were closed. According to google maps app, which the business updated 7 days ago, they are open till 1am, last orders and delivery at 12am. NOT RECOMMENDED to order from them again.
