Visited the business around lunchtime. We wanted BBQ for dinner so we were checking out Dickey's. It is clear the owners and staff are top notch. When we came back to place our order the staff was at the ready to complete our order with care and kindness. The restaurant was immaculate, and so was the kitchen, which can be seen when you order your food. Very informal and inviting. Beer on tap.The gentleman who answered my questions shared his high praise of his employer. Thank you Dickey's of Napa on Imola. We will refer others and be back to enjoy again. The Smiths June 2022
Super friendly staff. Quick and efficient service. I had mistook a menu item from a different place and they did there best to make what I was wanting. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a great experience and great food.
This is my favorite Dicky’s BBQ Location. Gwen and Team really do a great job providing a great experience and do an amazing job with finding the right smoke and flavor profiles while ensuring their meat is cooked to perfection. My favorite thing to order aside from the brisket is the smoked Turkey breast which is absolutely delicious. The free ice cream cone is also a nice touch.
Awesome ,such a great atmosphere and brisket that melts in your mouth. If I lived here I would be a regular.
Fun family owned company I was welcomed into the fold as if I were there the whole time. They are up an coming been in business for three hard years since COVID hit. They are about moving forwards with compassion for the less fortunate there's nothing better than to have people like Gwen an Rene, God bless them both.
just stopped by for lunch and got the 2 mean plate. out of the pulled pork and brisket, the brisket won my heart! so tender and flavorful also mac and cheese was delicious!
My 4th time coming for dinner and im never disappointed. Flavors are always spot on and sides are always good. staff is friendly also so thats a plus walking in
I meant to say that although not 5 stars, certainly not a place to skip for a hearty meal. The service was excellent, smiles on the house I'm sure, pulled pork with fixings and plenty of menu items to choose from. Served up to order in about as much time as I could find a seat. Thank you ladies.
I was so looking forward to BBQ this evening and have never eaten at this Napa Dickey's. I'm sad to say I still haven't due to the loud. rude woman who was taking my order. I took a video, but I'm not going to post it. I'll save it for the owner or corporate, whomever if anyone responds to this post. The saddest part was this person was training a new employee. This is the only 1 I've ever given.
