Haven't been at a Chiplote for many years so I gave it another attempt. I ordered a 3 taco entree with a different meat choice for each. The "experience " was a education in how food can taste so bland and messy. If you order a soft taco you get a flour tortilla that soaks up all the liquid from the meat making the taco impossible to eat without a knife/fork. Perhaps the rice bowls are better IDO
Good food, dirty tables like most chipotle’s in the north bay, vallejo being the worst cleaning with a dirty rag, but scrimpy on the food on the spoon, in this place, come on! Just one employee to raise this criticism of course, junior behind the counter.
Good portions. Good quality food and service. Sometimes forgets forks and napkins when pick up online and I have to guess or manually put them in but no biggie.
Ordered 2 burrito bowl and wen i got he the avocado was black and tasted nasty. Went back to the restaurant to show them, but the guy was very rude and had a bad attitude. He remade the bowls but at that point he was making it with a bad attitude and saying rude things. Will not go back here anymore.

i went to order my food at chipotle and the workers gave me very little amount of my desired options. i asked for rice and there was a hole of empty rice on my bowl. they don’t give you food. they give you scraps. chipotle is packed with disgusting workers. on top of that nobody should be even eating chipotle in the first place. it’s unhealthy. they have cancerous chemicals in their food. chipotle has a bad reputation overall and on top of that their workers don’t make it any better the way they represent the company. do better as a whole or shut down.
Okay, I haven't eaten here, I've only picked up orders for my DoorDash customers, and just want to give a shout out to this place for how friendly, polite, and professional they typically are. Even if they're still working on the order, they are incredibly attentive to Dashers and customers alike, and super helpful! Always a pleasure to deliver orders from here! ??
Great healthy variety of choices and good staff. Had a burrito and almost couldn't wrap it nicley because my man served me well.
Good service from their staff. Standard, filling portion sizes with their bowls and chips. Salsa has good flavor.
