Great as usual
Lame. Server was nice t but entire meal was tasteless. $80 steak was like a coffee shop steak. Twucecbeaked potatoes is frozen in quality. AND no soup, no duck( drove 1.5 hrs). Super disappointed and dissatisfied. CP franchise needs to rise to the occasion. Poor quality and lack of creativity!
Waiter was amazing. Canât remember the older gentlemanâs name but he was great. We ordered the half lobster and tomahawk steak and everything was perfect.
Great food. Unbelievably bad service with a 30 minute wait to order food as the âwaiter likes to talk to certain guests for a long time â and so was therefore too busy to take our order. Finally managed to get someone else to take our order and the main waiter never bothered coming to our table throughout our meal. Pathetic attitude but limited to the narrow minded people serving at the restaurant and should in no way be a reflection of the service at the Archer hotel which is great.
I made a reservation at Charlie Palmer on Open Table a couple weeks prior to visiting Napa. It was one of a few places that allowed me to book online for a party of 8. The food and service ended up being good, but not great. With so many other amazing choices in Napa, I wouldnât eat there again.
Wife and I went on a Sunday. I surprised her with a place that is supposed to be well know for her favorite drink, a lemon drop, and we both are glad we went. We ate family style with the ricotta gnocchi, creamed spinach and a perfectly cooked med rare ribeye. Oh.. we also got the yellow tale poke and the lamb lollipops. Finished with the lemon pot de crème and the chocolate cake. EVERYTHING was delicious. The service was great, our waitress tended to our needs, but also gave us our space to relax and enjoy each other. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and will definitely return. I recommend this restaurant for everyone.
