I also love the lighting is not too bright. Had a good conversation with Eliza, a worker who busily tidied up the dining area but found time to chat while working about growing up and going to school in Napa, since my wife and I are debating moving there.

Famous with cheese. Bun cold and so soggy. Cheese hadn't melted so I know it was cold. Falling completely apart.just disgusting
Asked for a Beyond Burger, Chicken Waffle Sandwich with a beyond patty instead of the chicken with NO hot honey & a hash brown.What I got was a delicious beyond burger, a chicken waffle sandwich WITH chicken & no beyond patty & now my mouth is on fire with the hot honey!!!!Tell me… Is it really that hard to listen to someone’s order & get it right???
Disgusting. It's never been good, but I kept giving them another chance. Never again.The burger patty was so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted, which doesn't explain how the lettuce was wilted from heat. First bite was so gross I spit it out.The fries... soft and squishy, cold, and salted to the point of being inedible.Onion rings... so hard that it was like biting into a stale baguette.
The only reason I continue to come here is because the Vallejo store is worse. I have never been given my order correctly. There is always an issue. Order a double got a single. Order no onions get extra. It’s always something with this place. I really like Carl’s Jr. but this location is ruining the experience for me and everyone I know that has eaten here. I highly recommend considering other options. If you really want to eat here go inside, not drive thru, and verify all items before leaving…
One thing I cant stand. dont try to be nice and Rude at the same time... Just because a Customer DecidesTo use the restroom before ordering. Never tell someone they can't use the restroom. You know what I did I walked right back out that is being clearly rudeThanks but no thanks for letting me save my money and i will never be back!I travel over an hour to get to Napa everyday. Thanks to McDonald's for being right over the bridge. Where i can peacefully use the bathroom before ordering my food without having to explain. Shame on You.
Went through the drive thru today at 3:15 pm and neither employee I dealt with were wearing masks. One was named Juan Castro and the other pictured. I’ve called Napa County Public Health and Carl’s Jr. corporate. Juan threatened me with calling the cops for calling them out.
Consistently closing early, if your hours state 10pm on the door and on google, you should not be closing at 9:15pm with multiple cars in the drive thru blocked in and unable to order and multiple customers at diner front door trying to get in! I get closing a bit early if it isn’t busy but there were plenty of customers and this is not the first time this has happened. Poor attitudes as well when asked why they are closing so early! If I could give half a star I would!
