We went to the Mexican restaurant at the end. The venue is beautiful, and they only serve gluten free, if that's what you're looking for. The spicy margarita was great and flavorful.. everything else was bland. Salsa and guacamole didn't have a kick and minimal salt. The artichoke dip the same. We may come back for drinks but not the food. The tortiza was beautiful to look at but zero flavor.Servers were very cordial and friendly but for a slow day, the service was unusually slow.
The rotisserie duck taco was excellent. Pre sauced, but they got it spot on Tortillas are fresh made.
What happened ???? This place used to have down right delicious tacos but lately seems the quality is not important. Had a lamb and Mahi fish taco. The Lamb was overcooked, dry and lacked flavor other then tasting like a wet dog. The Mahi fish taco had 1 chunk of filet that was chalky in texture and needed allot of liquid to wash it down. Overall disspointmented
The BEST GF place to go in Napa! :)
Shrimp tacos were good. Salmon taco “meh” - flavorless other than overbearing jalapeños. The Baja rotisserie chicken bowl was terrible. Perhaps we got the wrong things, but way overrated on my opinion.
We chose C Casa at Oxbow Market in Napa before heading out for our wine tasting at Beringer Vineyards. The options on the menu looked very inviting and plenty. There were a few people in the line to order but it seemed that it was taking longer than it should have. For our group of four, we were given a wait one of 20-minutes for the order. We had ordered chips and guacamole, and requested if it could be given ahead of rest of the order. It seemed to be a reasonable ask, but the hostess said that that was not possible. When we got our food and seats in the crowded place, the food was just okay. Honestly, a little underwhelming experience. It was lacking the flavor and tang that you expect in Mexican food. But I do plan to go back one more time to see if my opinion changes in the next experience.
The rotisserie duck is over the top amazing!
We got the duck 'family meal' and some enchiladas as take out and it was fantastic. The guacamole and chips were really good. The only thing missing was some sort of tomato-based salsa. We would definitely order this again. This is a food stall of sorts in the Oxford Market. Not sure if they offer any seating but they have a menu with lots of options, including breakfast and lunch.
Super tasty Mexican food. Classic flavors brought to the 21st century. Great little spot
Best breakfast taco I've had! Good portion and great flavours! Seating area was very cute and comfortable enough.
