Place busy and decoration good but food disappointed and had to be sent back for reheating. Not likely to visit chain again
First timer to this chain restaurant. Had a tasty Chicken Cobb salad. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served. Is Within reasonable walking distance from the Hampton Inn and Suites. Good service, pricing seems reasonable. Definitely diner type atmosphere.

Excellent service waitress was super helpful and the food portions were large. We had the Denver omelette and they were delicious. We are from Wisconsin and would definitely eat at this restaurant again and highly recommend others stopping for breakfast here.
I love breakfast and diners, only gave three stars here though for undercooked eggs and bland/cold hash browns. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we had to send the eggs back, no complaints with the service. We just felt the food could have been better. Won’t be coming back during our stay. We did like the affordable pricing and good portion size though.
Well I've been in some other black bear locations and this time I'll never come back to this restaurant I won't give a good rate they bring my dish but it supposed to come with vegetables and the server told me that he was gonna bring them in a little bit but it didn't happened so I started to eat my food and when I was almost finishing it the guy brought them"toooo late" and the fries were overcooked as the onion rings as I show on the pictures very bad experience ?????
Okay I'm from the south & I'm used to creamy grits. Well that's not what I got here, grits were watery, didn't like the chicken sausage French toast was good. Biscuits were huge.
My boss, Thomas Bonior, was so appreciative and impressed with the staff from Black Bear Napa. He instructed me to express his gratitude towards Marissa Dew. Not often enough in today's world do you come across honest people nor one's who take the time to go the extra mile. Miss Dew sure did. He left his wallet with $250 cash, license, credit cards etc. and she found and mailed it to him without his even knowing. Impressive! Everything was accounted for and not only was he shocked but over joyed! Good Job Black Bear Napa and Miss Dew. Thank you so much.
Order to go. No refried beans in taco salad. Chicken dry. Will not return.Update: No response to the email I sent that was requested in the “owner response”.
Really good. We were staying at the Hilton and walked here for breakfast 3 days in a row. Great food and service all 3 times. The newspaper menu is cool too. Recommended. Huge portions.
