I left my Golden State Warriors lunch bag here today. When I went back later to check if it was there an employee had told me that his boss had put it away for me. He made sure to ask a specific question so that I could prove it was mine. I was sooo grateful!

Make sure you double and triple check your cake order when ordering from here. I told them the day 3 times for my daughter’s birthday and they got the whole day wrong still!!!! I should of known when the email I sent my photo to was not working and I had to resend it over and over because the man helping me didn’t know what he was doing. Luckily it didn’t ruin my daughter’s day. Super frustrating when you plan in advance and ask if everything is right.
Typical BR location. Clean, friendly young people behind the counter. If you like BR, this place will not disappoint.

my mom and I stopped by today after a movie so we could get sundaes for our birthdays. andrea took care of us. there were 2 families with multiple littles in tow ahead of us. andrea kept her cool and was polite to everyone. very nice to go to a pleasant business with respectful , quick service. thank you!!
Love 31 flavors! This place has better service than the old baskin robbins/Togo that closed down in South Napa.
