Love this cute little spot! Great selection of wine and bubbles and their frozé is the perfect spring/summer sipper! They also have really good snacks, salads and grilled sandwiches. My favorite stop at Oxbow Market for sure!

Molly was the sweetest, attentive, and patient with our party of 11!! The froze topped with sparkling wine was AMAZING. Molly went the extra mile to gift me with a cupcake for my birthday which was unexpected and much appreciated. Bar Lucia was our last stop and Molly and support staff made it worth every penny andthe drive from sac!
Great customer service and excellent frozes!! Made with organic strawberries I have been wanting to go back everyday. Nestled at the corner of the Oxbow market this place is a gem.
Not a restaurant, more like a cafe set up. You order and pay before you sit down (if any seats are available, also outdoor seating). The lady who took my order was really nice and friendly.Ordered a blood orange mimosa & the aged cheese sandwich. Best grilled cheese I’ve had with sour dough bread.

Popped in for a glass of rose with my mom, our server was so sweet and accommodating. The atmosphere is great and they have the perfect rose selections! Will definitely be back soon!
