Enjoyed my second stay at this location on the edge of downtown Napa. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. As for wineries it is located in between Highway 29 and Silverado Trail. I would return on a future visit.
good location for central Napa., close to restaurants and bars. Staff was as expected for this level hotel. poor quality room up keep and follow up service. for the price they are demanding, I will check other locations.
Stayed at the Andaz Napa for two nights for a Business Function. The hotel is in a wonderful location with tasting rooms, a wide variety of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. My suite was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.
Live on the peninsula and I’m an Explorer member. We were excited about the location, but it was quite expensive. $800 for 1 night - it was the most we’ve ever paid for 1 night. Asked about valet parking and charging EV - $32. I was notified it’d be charged for free at the time, but requested it be charged overnight. Later in the evening we asked to make sure the car would be charged, they notified they don’t have charging available. I mentioned it on check-out…just told - “that’s unfortunate.” Valet parking was NOT removed. It’s the little things that make or kill an entire stay. That was it.
staying at an event and the event rate was along the lines of 495. Another person I know paid non event rate (a couple bucks more) and that room was a bit larger with a terrace. Lots of hall noise and the room isn't anything to say WOW about, average bed, sofa not so comfortable. there is a make up mirror in the bathroom but I guess you hold the up to your face as there isn't a place to sit in the bathroom.... shower fixtures horrible. FOOD BLAHHHHH breakfast wait in line forever for a coffee? and CHEAP orange juice just oppressive. Concierge suggested a Japanese place for dinner we walked to (HMMM it was and had been closed) don't they know this? The outdoor space CLOSED for private event so you are stuck with a very tiny lobby with a couple of chairs. It's a good location but really overpriced.
Very solid chain hotel in the heart of Napa. Rooms are small but comfortable. Concierge and staff are absolutely wonderful and make the entire experience worthwhile. They go out of their way to help and assist in every way!
This is an average property in a great Napa location. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants so extremely convenient. We thought the hotel was quite expensive, no amenities, average food at best and you’re expected to clean your own room.
The value of the stay over rated. Left much to be desired. The room was not good. For $500 dollars I had high expectations. But was met with a room that was below average that needed basic maintenance and cleaning. Disappointed forsure, as a mother of 3 I wanted to stay at a luxurious place and treat myself but it was not the vibe.
It's just a boutique hotel that should be half the price. The location is impeccable but there are other properties I've stayed at nearby that give the same or better experience for half the price. Also, by "in-room dining, " they mean go down to the bar, order at the bar in line, wait for your food, then bring it to your room to eat. We had a good time in Napa because ... it's Napa but the hotel? Meh. Also, the wall near the bar where there are lots of photos of magicians have a ton of gnats and flies resting on it. I thought I saw a dead one, then realized it was alive. Looked up and WOW... maybe 100 flies just chillin'. I get that the doors are open and you can't stop flies from coming in but it's kind of gross right next to where they serve drinks. One note on me as a traveler, I've been around the world many times and used to travel internationally extensively for work. I'm not a stranger to hotels and their standards. If it wasn't such a special night for my wife and I, I would have been really upset about the stay.
This hotel is a nice spot right in downtown Napa. I liked the room, especially the full size tub in the suite. The deck bar was a nice spot to unwind at the end of the day. Plant based food options were limited at the restaurants, but servers did their best to accommodate. About a 15 minute walk to Oxbow market.
