3.5 this time. Hadn’t been here since covid. Burgers are always fresh made to order. I tried the chicken salad with grilled peaches. It looked better than it tasted. French fries are ordinary, nothing to rave about. Like the sweet potato fries better. Parking is easy. Dining inside in AC was nice, it was 104 out today. $25+ for 1 salad, 1 dbl burger combo.
Been coming to the habit Burger for many years. I've honestly not had it in quite a while probably sing probably since prependimic times. The 1st thing I noticed was the price increases which makes sense with rising food cost in the inflation. That being said I think their prices are still pretty fair it's only $9 for a meal which is all right my book. I'd be lying if I did say that the price of the teriyaki char is now 4.5 dollars but coming from when they used to cost $3 dollars but I still was okay paying that. More importantly it tasted the same as I remember just as good and just as juicy. The double Char was a good size, my 9 year old thinks he can eat like a body builder athlete and was o lying able to finish a quarter of the burger but it was a meal for me the next day! The quality of the ingredients are fresh and you can taste it. The teriyaki Char was just as good, love the grilled pineapple and the sauce. Their drink selection is very good as well they have different teas available as well as a condiment bar which I preceded to load my food with. Always a good meal here.
Their POS system was down and tried using my card 3 times. I ended up paying cash and let the manager on duty know that it went through on my bank app (pending). They told me to come back if it posted. All 3 transactions were posted so I went back. The GM was no help and the other manager said unless I have the cash receipt that they would only be able to refund 1 transaction, which makes no sense because there are 3 posted so at least 2 should be refundable. They offered no solution, we’re unprofessional, and didn’t even apologize. The food itself was ok. They messed up my order so I had to get my toppings on the side. Never coming here again.
Food and service has declined at multiple locations lately. I love the habit, but they need to regroup and get back on track

Shakes were good. Me my boyfriend and my dad all had things wrong with our food and the fries were luke-warm if that. We used to go here all the time but the quality seemed to have gone down. Idk maybe we caught them on an off time
The food was really delicious. Quality and fresh ingredients that you can taste. I didn't take the time to take any pictures. Two of my kids ordered the charbroiled burger meal, my other son ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal, me and my mom had the SB cobb salad. I had the mocha shake to drink and it too was delicious. Spend $68 total for all of our meals. We went there around 8:30 p.m. I know they close at 10:00pm the staff that are cooking were really upset when we walked in they already had done most of the cleaning and had put everything away. They didn't acknowledge us at all. Not even a hello someone will be with you. After a few minutes a young lady walked from the back and was really nice and took our order. I can hear the staff by the grill talking in Spanish and making comments because we walked in at 830pm. It took a while to get our food. They were loud when they were talking. Not professional.
Always a great burger at the habit. Very clean place of business. And any location I go to had the same high quality and cleanliness standards. I will continue to eat these here burgers cause they are super good. Lol.

I spoke to the manager Dalas, and I was told to contact someone through the app. Good luck on that. So, my order was 22×2. ?very disappointed. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. you'll lose money. Manager won't help you, they will give you two receipts. I'll stay away from this kind of business.
