While eating our sandwiches, I could taste something was nasty. Moldy cheese...a piece of his cheese fell out off his sandwich, he ate it. We both got the pepper jack. The cheese was expired. Now I'm hoping we don't get sick.
The sign posted states they are open till 9pm, yet the doors are looked at 820pm.I saw a staff at the counter as I walked up, but by the time I got to the door he disappeared. This is not the way to conduct business. Who ever is the owner of this branch…you’re loosing money.
The staff here are incredibly unprofessional. I had ordered ahead of time and was told that my order would be done at a specific time. When I arrived the male worker did not even turn to look at me when he said "It's not done." With no further explanation. Then they continued to help the customers that had arrived after me, before begrudgingly starting on my order AFTER I got in line. At that point why even have the option to order ahead? I will not be returning.
Restaurant was very dirty, tables, floor , I will never go back to this place.
Sign says open 24 hours but they aren’t. They close at random hours never consistently open.
Jason was the best help. This location was fresh and precise. Jason made sure our sandwiches the way we wanted. Great craftsmanship as well. 5/5

This place is okay, came into eat and they didn't have napkins "been out for days" As a customer who was not going to their house this was very unpleasant since you eat the meal with your hands. But it's funny they wash their hands and dry them somehow. Couldn't even offer me a tiny piece of paper towel. Gotta love the working class these days.
After dining in and already on my way to the door, I was rudely asked if I had my covid19 vaccination card and to show my vaccination card. I had it on me, but I was already done with my small meal and headed out. They didn't ask anyone else inside the establishment prior to dining and lied about their corporate policies. Won't be returning here. Don't mind showing my card, just don't be rude and single people out or better yet, post a notice on the door. Vegatables were stale. With so many other respectful Subways in the area to purchase from, it's no sweat off my back.
Placed a catering order for my son’s birthday five days in advance. Received a confirmation of order and multiple updates that would be ready to pick up at the scheduled time. Arrived to pick up my order and the only employee there had no idea what I was talking about. The manager was not there and was the person responsible for catering orders. I would give -10 star review if it was not for the great customer service provided by the ONLY person on duty. He apologized repeatedly and worked quickly to substitute my order with the products available. Literally used all the bread, meat, and others and did not have enough cookies to fulfill the order. He was awesome and should be the one managing the store. This place is in serious need of a management overhaul. My sons birthday would have been a failure without this great person. However, I will no longer use Subway, or recommend using, for any future catering services.
