Gave 2 because service is decent but should be a one star for being a fairly new starbucks and already looking runned down due to lack of simply cleaning tables and floors. Its only noon and floors are so dirty. Looks like no one has swept or mopped for over a week. Very disappointing because as a new store you would hope new management would be excited to lead with a fresh start and brand new floors and walls.
For the cost of the drinks, there shouldnt be any reason why the iced drinks arent full to the top. Well, my $6.00 Venti Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso definitely wasnt. You cant go up on your prices and go down in service.

I've never been to such a large and spacious Starbucks! If you love coffee like I do, then please try a White Chocolate Mocha (hot or iced is good)! ?
Beautiful new Starbucks. Drive thru was quick and efficient. Staff were all very friendly and kind.
Sat in the drive through for 25-30 minutes. Taking over 5 mins per car. Very friendly staff but efficiency is severely lacking.
The coffee is always delicious at Starbucks! The bright spot here is the ultra nice employees at this particular Starbucks.
Order on the mobile app. Went to pick up order at estimated time. Order was not ready had to wait an additional 10 min.I understand all businesses are getting busier but common 10 min. Wait. I asked the different people for my order and only 1 person was willing to help. Customer service is weak at this place.
I accidentally ordered for a different location. They offered to make it there and the young lady even brought my order out to my car. Great customer service
Pricey for the largest size. The teas and lemonades are tasty. Not a coffee drinker.
