Always super friendly! Tried the new pistachio latte, it was good but didn’t taste anything like pistachio.
This Starbucks is a friendly stop. The servers and drive thru are always chatty. I never feel rushed even though it is often quite busy. They staff this location adequately, do their changeovers on time, and seem to not be out of items.
I just left from Starbucks and the lady said they didn’t have any caramel for the caramel frapp !!! Like what !?!? This Starbucks really needs help because every time I come there it’s something different. Everyone would be better off driving down the road to the Starbucks in from of Navy Federal Credit Union with the extremely long line because here they seem to never have 2 things to match.
Don't go to Starbucks, I just go by it every day, I like to make my own coffee, my wife and Daughter go all the time, when they can afford it.
I ordered a grande caramel machiato and Danielle punched it in register using her finger and I saw her cleaning the expresso machine with a rag and put her finger in the shot glasses. It was disgusting. She knew I was watching her, imagine what they do when customers not watching. This place should shut down for health concern. I just walked out not even letting the manager know. Unbelievable!

I was very disappointed yesterday when my sister and I went in for the happy hour and ordered 4 drinks. Two of them were the Salted caramel cream cold brew’s, an iced White chocolate mocha and a caramel ribbon crunch. The only drink that came out even decent was the caramel ribbon crunch. I go to Starbucks very often and the other three drinks tasted awful, the cold brews were very bitter and just tasted like iced coffee with nothing in it and the white chocolate mocha tasted like pure milk. Maybe they were having an off day but I don’t think I would ever go here again. I had to throw away three of the drinks after only a couple sips.
Went here the other day, and was waiting to order while the 2 girls were making drinks for others. I noticed they were both wearing masks.then all of a sudden the yourger dark haired heavy set girl pulls down her mask and starts rubbing her mouthand nose telling coworker that she cant stand wearing a mask bc its making her face Sweat. She put her mask back on and continued making the drink with Blander. I was so disgusted, i turned around and left. Didnt have time to wait for a manager and complain.
