The drinks are great and the people have great attitudes, but 30 minutes for a drink is a bit excessive... even during the morning rush. Just my opinion.

Didn't make my drink coffee based and it was just cream. No caffeine....?. I was so tired and disappointed. It was too busy to have the staff remake my drink. I guess I have to pay for a shot of espresso at this Starbucks ?
