Fantastic service! I have been coming here most days as my wife now works from home and I pick up her morning coffee for her. The staff is friendly, fast and recognizes me, which makes the mobile order pickup process that much faster. Thank you to everyone working here in the mornings.
The store was very busy. Service was ok for a Starbucks. Not great.
I really try to give this location the benefit of the doubt but on one too many occasions especially today I’ve had to wait for a coffee that I ordered on the app and please note I don’t just come S as soon as I order my coffee on the app I wait until after they say my coffee will be ready so if my coffee is ready at 6:21 I don’t leave my house until 6:21. Today when I arrive at Starbucks I’m told that they haven’t even started making my cappuccino it should’ve been ready at 6:21 yet I didn’t receive it in my hand until 631 this is a huge inconvenience when working from home as the whole point of me ordering on the app is so that my coffee will be ready and I should only have to pick it up and go, then when I asked why it wasn’t ready she said oh it’s only two of us here as if that’s an actual excuse… ridiculousI will definitely have to visit another Starbucks yes it will be out of my way but may be my coffee will be ready when I arrive after the time it should be

Your service ducks my wife went there and it took 40 minutes to get a reg. Coffee and a grapevine, and a lot of people came after her to order and they were leaving way before herPlus because of the service was bad my granddaughter was late for school
Good morning I came in just nowThe girl I believe her name is Jessica skinny and pretty looking girl, she Acted like I was an inconvenience when she made my coffee wrong and I said my coffee is cold. The new girl at the register did not know what she was doing but I was very patient and asked for one cold coffee and one hot etc I know the girl is brand new and learning!Jessica who made my coffee did not apologize she turned and started talking about me and making my new coffee! This is also the second time I’ve come in and they’re out of oat milkI care more about customer service and how you treat people over oat Milk. Being kind is the key to lifeI left my coffee there and I told Jessica I’m sorry that I’m bothering you.You just lost my business Jessica !
This is the reason I stopped going to this location. First of all they are out of EVERYTHING. That is not an exaggeration. So I find a drink I can tolerate and they can't seem to make it right. It is not that it is over customized or complex. It is a venti iced macchiato blond with extra caramel. I go to get my drink and there is no caramel and u can tell visually it is darker than the blond roast I have gotten everyday for the last 3months at other location since they have been out of everthing. So I ask for them to add caramel. The kid was irritated u could tell. He asked me to take the lid off (pretty standard) then angrily squirted caramel on the top. I then asked if it was blond, he looks at the label on the cup and says "should be". That was his response to me. I get outti my car and it is NOT blond. I'm not going back in that side show circus. This store can't ever seem to make anything correctly. There are several other locations, I suggest u go to them.
My White Chocolate Mocha was perfectly made! Service was great and they got us out the door relatively quickly!
