Ordered the Reese’s peanut butter SHAKE and what I got was a vanilla shake with Reese’s cups mixed in. I’ve been getting this shake at Sonic’s across the country for years and that is not what it’s supposed to be. When I told the bellhop she then argued with me about it before attempting to fix it. When I got the “corrected” one, not only did it barely have any taste of peanut butter but the shake was grainy, as if sand was mixed in it (I know there was no sand but can’t describe it any better). Everything about both attempts at a shake was just wrong
Used to be my favorite sonic to go to, but they've declined in quality and it takes a lot longer to get through the ordering process now. The employees are also declining with their work ethic and commentary towards customers. Sad to see, but looks like this will continue to be the trend here. Due to that, the quality of food has significantly decreased at this location as well. Soggy fries and tots, half thrown together burgers/sandwiches, drinks that aren't mixed, etc.
I've never had a bad experience at Sonic although I'm not really too fond of their food I will have a hot dog or corn dog on occasion. I like their slush drinks but I wish they had some option where there was less sugar or a sugar-free option. The slushes are so sweet.
Absolutely love their drinks, desserts, and especially their ice. Sometimes the food can be a bit over priced. But the drinks are well worth it. Ice cream and shakes are very thick it's amazing.
Quick and easy! Disappointed with one visit they didn't have any of the oreo blasts/shakes. A favorite of my daughter and husband.
Everytime we ate there, both drive thru and parking stall (eating on site), was always fresh, hot and flavorful! This place serves great fast food that's real food, and did not disappoint us in their customer service.I recommend their chicken fingers/strips with honey mustard sauce, and their "cherry-limeade" (lime soda with a sweet cherry twist)! ;) Chilli cheese dogs are ways a win, too and those simple, but totally addictive soft pretzels are simply the best! No dip required! LOL
Sonic has excellent all beef all american hotdogs!! And they roll out on skates?great place to bring the kids!!
Very disappointed in our service. Went to get food for a slumber party. Accidentally ordered a wrong meal and immediately hit the call button to change one meal to a different one. Took 2 minutes for them to answer and then they told me they wouldn’t switch the meal because the kitchen had already started making it but I could add the correct meal to my order. I was already spending over $60. Got home and we were missing a drink and all the buns were stale. For the same amount of money I could’ve taken the kids to Red Robin for better food and service.
The past few times I've ordered a blast from this location they have some toppings loaded on the top and then nothing mixed in. Oreo pieces sitting on top and then just plain vanilla ice cream underneath as if it wasn't even blended. Nothing like what's advertised.
