New local spot in Temecula very good .
We were so excited to try this place today. 12pm in the afternoon, 5 tables max in the building.. explain to me why our drinks took 45 minutes.. I understand getting busy, but our drinks were ordered prior to the rush… poor management. Poor planning. Poor customer service.. did we drink the drinks that finally came? Yes, but when I chat with you about our disappointment, respectfully, and you think a few dollar discount is satisfactory, and you are confident in your “excuse” that it was busy and that automatically releases you from liability of poor service. Then you have a lot to learn. You have a ways to go. Maybe start with an apology instead of an excuse next time and manage those in your restaurant as priority over the walk-ins and Togo orders.. or maybe check ticket times on your drinks before making new ones, or maybe table touch the groups sitting and dining in to make sure they are satisfied. This could have been avoided but your confidence in your provided service earned you a negative review.
Love their new location! Taco tues has $1.75 chicken and AL pastor tacos. $6 margaritas and everything is delicious.
amazing food. I moved from murrieta to Denver. I came back on vacation and I needed a killer burrito. my friend reccomend this place and the chicken fajita burrito was to die for!!!! I would come back to this place in a heartbeat
Definitely my new favorite taco shop in the IE. Authentic and delicious street tacos and micheladas. They have these ginormous Micheladas with all sorts of crazy toppings! My boyfriend loves the menudo and unique taco fillings (birria, cabeza, etc.) Also love that their street tacos come with guacamole! It's always a delicious taco party at So Cal Tacos \\u0026 Beer! Love their new location as well. Bigger, beautiful, and even more menu items. Taco Tuesday has street tacos for $1.75 ?
Had a steak and shrimp burrito and it was phenomenal. Probably the best burrito I've had in 4 years of living in California. Would go once a week if I lived closer. This is a must visit Mexican restaurant if you're in the area.
I visited the new location by Aldi’s yesterday and I LOVE it. I’ve always found the food to be amazing so this review is long overdue. I’m from Chula Vista where I grew up with so many amazing taco shops. I moved to the area about 3 and a half years ago and have found too many taco shops disappointing. Carne with no flavor, beans bland, salsa not tasting like anything, etc. A friend recommended SoCal Tacos \\u0026 Beer to me so my boyfriend and I checked it out. Holy cow it was amazing. The tacos, the surf and turf burrito, the carne ? everything I’ve tried has been incredible. I’ve been obsessed with birria for years and was so happy the one they have here is delicious. Every single employee that has helped us has had incredible customer service.\\nI was so excited to hear they were opening a new location and was eager to see the outcome. We finally made it yesterday, it didn’t disappoint. It gives a perfect SoCal feel. We sat in the outdoor seating, the sun felt amazing. I got the steak and egg breakfast burrito, my boyfriend got the campechana cocktail, it was the best I’ve ever tried. The octopus was cooked perfectly! The shrimp, as well. It was the perfect blend of citrus and salt. My burrito was sooo delicious. The steak was cook so nicely. The eggs and cheese ? I got the sour cream on the side, that’s why it isn’t visible on my photo. The margarita flight was an amazing deal and all of them were so delicious. We got the Paloma, watermelon, blueberry and mango. 20/10 would recommend you try it out here. I’ll be back many more times.

I challenged them to my nachos criteriaThey hit every single thing perfectThe al pastor hands down the best I had to this date, the pork was extremely flavorful, perfect crispy bitsThe cheese wasn't too much, but it added a little depth to it,The beans were the right consistencyAnd the crown the chips didn't get soggy, it stayed warm and crispy throughout the duration of my mealThe Chipotle sauce and hot cheeto bits made it amazingSo Cal Tacos and Beer fantastic job today not only did you exceed my expectations you set the bar for other placesLoving the new place and to the manager/owner you have made me a very happy customer and definitely looking forward to having more awesome meals from you guys, i will definitely bring some friends alsoThe tableside chips and salsa are great, bright, spicy but not too much it shows what you guys can do and attention to detailThe atmosphere ?Staff super friendlyWell done
we were in the area and had a craving for some al pastor tacos and found this location after a quick search online. i actually ended up going with the breakfast burrito instead and it was a great decision because it was huge and fresh tasting. we will be back in the near future for their taco tuesday special or the happy hour that we saw
ordered the surf n turf nachos.......chipotle sauce was to die for! will definitely be returning
