Weird smell inside, overpriced and management is terrible. Do not bother tipping either as it does not go to the employees despite the tip option being available and will get in trouble for saying so which is a bit crazy considering that is highly illegal in California. People tip for the employees not for the business. Can't support small businesses when they can't even support their own employees. Same goes for the temecula store.
This place is so so, I came there first the first time with my two little ones to treat them something different, but wow when we opened the door the smell was so toxic inside specially with little ones. Whatever they were cleaning this place was so bad. And the yogurt was not really good my had ice it like the machine was still making it or something. Those machines looked not so clean also, I feel for my kids cause they wanted and I have already told them we’re going to have some. On top of that the place didn’t have paper towels for customer, like really? They should have that all the time specially because when you’re with little ones they always get messy. Anyways we’ll never come back here.
Like this place because they always have great flavors just a little too pricey $$. Spent $40 for 4 small cup yogurts with some toppings
We started going here in 2020 and the owner was super nice! It definitely made us want to come back! After going so many times he gave us some cards that gave us free yogurt and that never expires. I found them again in my purse and drove my 40 mins at 6:30pm out to them to use my cards and walked in to a young lady sitting at a table with another young man. It surprised me when I found out it was one of them that worked there because there wasn't any aprin, name tag, or tshirt to indicate that she worked there. After getting my kids their yogurt she proceeded to tell me that I couldn't use my cards anymore because she was told not to eccept them. I reminded her how they never expire and still wouldn't take them. I asked her call someone to make sure. She had told me that no one had answered. I'm not sure if I believe that. At the end she never accepted them and didnt give my cards back to me. Sad to say I won't be coming back for a while.
I would like to share my great experience here over the past few years. My family and I purchased some yogurt and sat outside. We also brought our frenchie and the manager was very kind to bring a cup of water for my dog. We didn’t even ask for it. It is little things that people do that make a huge difference. We have been coming here for the past 2 years or so and remembered one of the older gentleman (Petar). He and his son always brought out water for my dog and even gave little dog yogurts. It’s such a nice gesture that other employees in other places wouldn’t even consider doing. We are proud to support this business and will continue doing so.I also would like to mention that this place always has fresh fruit. My family does not like frozen strawberries or blueberries so it is nice to be able to enjoy fresh fruit instead of frozen food.

Expensive! 5 of us was $42... I've never spent this much on frozen yogurt, EVER. The pineapple dole whip was not good the pineapple frozen yogurt flavor was too bland, needs more pineapple flavor. It was our first time here and last.
The place was not following COViD protocols and the staff were not very friendly. There are other yogurt places nearby that are much better. Take your money elsewhere
We stopped by because my wife wanted frozen yogurt, she was happy that they had a good selection to choose from.
