Salsa that is behind the counter is 25% filled, so you need 4 for every one you think you are getting. The bathroom never gets cleaned. I notified the staff as I was leaving it needed tp and that it was a mess. I left and came back to drop my mom off, and used it again, it is actually worse. There was barely any lobster (3 bites that had it in the whole thing) in the Lobster burrito, so I had a rice and bean with guac burrito.
I always have a great experience at Rubios. They have the seasonal Lobster burrito right now and it didn't disappoint! Fresh and a nice size.
My daughter and I had the fish tacos. Nothing to jump out at Tasty and all. She had the nachos they were kind of messed up they forgot the cheese. The beans were okay. We will try another restaurant that sells fish tacos to compare. A little pricey.Line was Long.

Burritos were meh, pathetically small fish in the fish taco, cheese in the fish tacos tasted expired and sour and was dreadfully overcooked, and the chips were so stale we couldn't even eat one. We threw away 1/3rd of our order cause it was inedible. If I could give a half star I woul.

Didn't get all the food I ordered. Horrible customer service, they didn't replace the missing food, they didn't offer a refund, chips were soggy, and the guy on the phone kept making weird noises...Usually I love Rubios but this was not it.
The young lady needs more practice with the English language. Causes a lot of extra effort for everyone. At 11 in the morning they were open but it took another few minutes for orders. The flys were very tenacious and they didn't seem to care despite mentioning this. The table I dined at was so sticky I suspect something is very wrong. Finally, my food was not cooked. Like eating raw steak. The place a year ago had none of these problems.
For some reason this location has gone downhill, the last two visits the fish was old and chewy. Hate to say it but today will be my last visit at this location.
Ordered a coastal trio and the Mahi Mahi was way too salty.
