As with most places to eat, sometimes the food is good and sometimes it is not. Same goes for this place. Everytime I go, my food is made differently. The chips are always stale with a weird after taste. Service is friendly but gets caught up talking with people in the back. Talking is not the issue, its when the talking takes precedence over taking care of the customer. Will probably be back.
I had the carne asada monster fries, the presentation was great, if a customer dines in they would expect for the food to be hot with heat especially enough to melt the shredded cheese… The fries and the meat were luke warm, the meat had no type of seasoning taste at all … I would return because off the cleanliness of the place and how nice the staff were … If the food had been hot with heat it would’ve been a great meal…
Haven't been here in a while but was passing through and decided to stop.It has changed a lot since the last time. New interior, bigger menu and great prices.Very clean inside and helpful staff as well. Food came out quick and not a long wait. Some great Mexican food here and recommend it to all.
Food was pretty good but for $11.50 for a cali burrito was pretty steep.What ruined it for me was the fact the staff who served me in the window, Miriam was simply rude.As a restaurant owner myself, I would expect the staff to be a little more friendly. I started off by asking how she was doing and proceeded with my order and and even wished her a happy new year with no response and just closed the window. I asked her if my receipt was in the bag and she replied ya and walked away. Being on business in the area I just needed the receipt. Came back 15 mins later and she was still rude. I hope she realizes serving with an upbeat personality can go a long way spending 25 bucks on 2 burritos.
Surprised by some of the low reviews. We thought the food was great! So we ordered a second time, and it was great again! Our suggestion: Try it for yourself. Good prices, great food.
Terrible customer service.Placed a to go order for a carne asada burrito with meat and cheese only. Get home and there’s guacamole and pico in my burrito. When I called the store to notify them of the mistake the manager said it was a “miscommunication” and that I could not bring my burrito back to be fixed but I could come back the next day and they could “see what they could do”. He tried to justify his mistake by saying that he thought I had asked for extra cheese (there was no extra cheese in my burrito). Overall, customer service at this establishment is lacking and their needs to be a change in management.
Maybe recommending anybody to go to these places, isn't recommendable to those that only go to the ones that they prefer. I prefer my soulmates.
Excellent food.........A most try place for Mexican food
Just moved from Oceanside and needed to find good Mexican food close to home. So far everything I've order been great, been here 4 times over a month.
Good food. Got albondigas yeah it's hot but I felt like soup. And I dont have to wait seasonal for albondigas its served daily yay! So will definitely go back to try other stuff. Friendly customer service. Wasnt busy when I went. A few people ahead of me and didnt have to wait long. I had a few bags and drinks and without having to ask young lady gave me a cup holder to help me out. So thank you for that.
