Service was great. Was excited for their poke since people raved about it on here. We went on a Sunday evening and the menu looked nice and prices weren't that bad. However, my husband and I thought the salmon tasted fishy. As in not fresh at all. Would pass on this place totally.
I love their bowls. Their ingredients and toppings are fresh. Their Thai tea is tasty!
Food is good but… when someone orders on like they don’t expedite the order they put walk ins before the online orders. So I’m wondering what the point is in ordering online if you don’t get your food faster then just walking in. Just be aware they don’t seem to care about getting online orders done in a timely manner.

I love the food here and have been coming here for years, but unfortunately a bad experience with one of the employees prompted me to write this review and only give 2 stars. I would like to reiterate that I love the food and if it hadn’t been for my experience with this rude employee, I would give it 5 stars. I have always ordered a vegetarian bowl and a small fish, which is what I ordered this time. However, when she gave me the total, I realized that I was charged for 2 small fish bowls instead of 1 fish and 1 veggie bowl (~$4 more). I told her that it was usually a few dollars cheaper and asked if she correctly rang up the veggie bowl. I was told by the employee that because they gave me the tofu as a protein, it’s the same price as the fish poke bowl (I did not ask specifically for tofu as a protein, just ordered a vegetarian bowl as normal). She would literally not budge on anything or waver in her illogical conclusion that although tofu was included with the fish bowl (and any other bowl) for no additional charge and that there is a vegetarian bowl with a lower price in the computer, and fish costs probably triple the amount of a spoon of tofu, that I needed to be charged for a bowl with fish when I did not receive any fish nor did I ask for substitution of the fish protein with the tofu (which doesn’t make sense anyway b/c the name of the bowl is a “Small Fish” so with no fish, it’s not a “Fish” anything). I always order the same thing and they charge me the same amount. She was extremely stubborn and didn’t want to listen to any reasoning. It’s not about the money, I’m just appalled by the horrid customer service and unreasonableness of the whole thing.
I like that they are fast and quick especially during lunch time. Healthier fast food option as well. I will definitely return here for lunch.
First time eating at this place and is definitely a place to return. Portions were good, fresh fish, and it had avocado ?...no need to pay extra for it. Place was clean. Ordered a large poke and I couldn't finish it....2 scoops of salmon and 1 of tuna, with everything.
First time here, ordered the two crunchy shrimp tacos and boba tea. The menu says if you buy two tacos its a dollar cheaper than individually. I get overcharged and the only girl says that the owners probably got rid of discount. I said no show me the order on her screen. It takes me two seconds to realize she pushed one taco two times instead of the two tacos button. She sheepishly gives me a dollar back. This was a blatant lie and I will not be back.
