Worst experience possible. Made me wait 40minutes longer then the scheduled time only to tell me they burned the pizza’s and would have to wait another hour. Cashier refused to give me a refund so asked to speak to the “general manager” and threatened litigation was the only way to get my money. Wish everyone there the worst
Old stale food. Pizza hardly had any sauce on it. Wings were super dry and almost to hard to bite into. Just gross food all around.
Ordered a supreme pizza, was undercooked and sticky uncooked dough inside. They refused to make it right, it was inedible. Family refused to touch after a few bites. This was $30 delivered, how sad pizza hut. Killed another customer for life....
The pizza seemed like it had been sitting out. I arrived a few minutes after the site said completion time. And theb2-3 min drive home should have been the amount of time for the pizza to be completely stiff. The taste was fine, nothing wrong there, but the pizza just looked and felt like it can been sitting on the counter for about and hour then put into a heating oven.
I placed a second order for two sides of ranch to be delivered with my pizza. I called, and spoke to Lacy who assured me she would put the ranch with the pizza so it would come with the pizza. The driver showed up without the ranch. I called Lacy, and she put me on hold for a few mins, then told me that she would credit my Pizza Hut account for the $1.74, and that I had to use that credit within thirty days. I’m not too thrilled on ordering from this location again, or even Pizza Hut for that matter. We seem to have an issue every time we order, but this is the first time I’ve taken the time to type something up.
Please fix your app so that people can actually use it to order the deals and so that they can redeem their points. Neither of which worked for me. Also, the pizza quality at my store is horrible. The pizza was cold and did not taste right.
I ordered extra sauce on my pizza and it was dry. We didn’t enjoy the taste.
Multiple attempts to call to update information about an order for later delivery were never taken by the Pizza Hut handling the order. The order was delivered on time and was good, but the customer service needs improvement.
The app is very helpful,it allows you to follow your order from oven to door.. The pizza was hot and fresh.. NOBODY OUT PIZZAS THE HUT.....
Staff was young, but still seemed cheerful & helpful to assist me in getting the best deal recommending using the app
