Amazing first time experience! The customer service was top notch! The cashier was patient and helpful! The wait wasn’t that long for it being dinner time! The pizza! Don’t get me started on the pizza! The dough was soft yet firm, the sauce was thick but not over powering and the real star of the show THE CRUST wasn’t overly crispy or soggy! It was perfect! 10/10 highly recommend.
Pizza is good but there breadsticks where unreal with the garlic butter!
UPDATE: Does Mark still own this place? What's going on? I'm not sure what's happened to this place, but they're making a lot of mistakes now. Either they don't bring me something I've ordered, or they don't put what I've ordered into their system so I don't get it at all. When I've called about mistakes, some of the workers seem confused. Not all - many are still nice. I really liked this place, but their service is kinda going downhill. For now, I'm not going to be ordering from them anymore. Oh well, it's just pizza. It's a great problem to have in perspective. Regardless, I don't want to spend my money there anymore.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is the only place I know that has cashews as a topping. If you haven't tried cashews on pizza, you should give it a shot. My absolute favorite pizza is jalapeños and cashews and ranch for dipping. They have Ken's Steakhouse brand ranch, which is the yummy, thick stuff.I don't know what it is about this location, but they have the BEST pizza anywhere in the valley. I simply cannot bring myself to go anywhere else. Expect at least 30 minutes for delivery. I live a little bit further away in Wildomar, and delivery averages about 45 minutes, but that doesn't matter to me, since there's no alternative in my opinion.
Rude customer service. Order was messed up, had to wait over 40 min for simple bread sticks. I will no longer use this location
pizza factory is definitely one of the best pies I ever had. We ordered some for our Wedding to feed the groomsmen and they all enjoyed it. The pizza's we ordered were hot, fresh, and very good. The pizza here is one of the best type of pizza I have ever had and that's saying a lot because I have had pizza in Chicago, New York and of course California and pizza factory was the best I have ever had. The service is awesome with because they have a good team working. It is a decent size shop but definitely worth the wait. The price for pizza is a little.pricey but it is also definitely worth it

We have ordered from this location multiple times and service has always been great. Tonight we called to make an order for delivery and a new person answered who said she used to be the manager of the French valley location. She argued with us over where we lived (we live in Murrieta) and said we would have to call the French valley because we are a little bit closer to it (which we aren’t). We told her that we have ordered from this location multiple times and have never had an issue with our food being delivered and she mumbled under her breath how that was wrong and again told us to call the other location. She was very rude and has lost two loyal customers with her horrible customer service. I would give negative stars because of her but I’m giving it two instead because at least the people who used to take calls were professional and polite.
