Ordered a lot of food which I drove to pick up. One of the 5 items was a full sized steak sandwich. The ciabatta bread was not available so replaced with sourdough. The white cheddar wasn’t available so replace with fresh mozzarella. Received no steak. Tried to call to speak to a person. Called 5 times over 20 minutes. No answer and it hangs up after ringing approximately 10times. Poor customer service. In order to get what I paid for, is to drive back to ask in person. I get it, everywhere is short staffed. But the order was clear. Paid a lot of money for cold food and not what I paid for.

This is a text I received from my wife after patronizing this Panera for the very last time. This is the single most imbecilic store I think I have ever seen. We ALWAYS have issues at this store, be it short supplies, rude service, self order kiosk not reflecting what is available in the store, and overall moronism. The entire store should be closed and rented to a place worthy of running an establishment properly. And No, it’s not because of Covid, the Temecula store is way better. “No croutons, no cheese...and this was one of the sides, the other, a bag of chips, they left out completely.” “They had no cookies, no pastries, few bagels, little tea, I had to get a tea I normally don't drink because they were out of the regular breakfast black tea...and the worst part is their customer service. The workers are rude, act as if they are annoyed if you ask anything.” “Oh...when they gave us the order they had three cups of the soup, none with the croutons or cheese. I ordered a bowl...was charged for a bowl. When I checked the bag, saw three cups, I stood...waited for the girl behind the counter to finish another order before she even acknowledged me. Then when I told her we were supposed to have onebowl and two cups...she took one of the cups and poured it into a larger cup, presumably, the bowl cup and gave it back to me. So I was charged for a larger size than I received.”

I give four out five stars because there’s always room for improvement. April 13 2022, I had the you pick 2 special, Spicy chicken sandwich with turkey chili for $20.05 both were good and would buy again… I was highly surprised / disappointed that they didn’t offer military discounts here especially with the high military presence / residents that live in this community… I’ve done a lot of travels across this country and this is the first location that I’ve experienced not offering the military discount…

The worse service I ever received!1. No one in the Register to take my order it took her 15minutes to come to the counter & take my order.2. We were waiting for our beeper to vibrate and it didn’t so I decided to go get ice tea & Our soup was on the counter for the object never vibrated so of cause the soup was cold.On top of that the soup was incorrect, when we told the girl she Switched it took the bread out and we told her we want the bread and she put the bread back… That’s terrible don’t you think?3. The workers looked like they didn’t want to be there & of cause the service Is Horrible!!!I would not go to this Panera bread ever again!My believe If customer Service is bad it has to do with higher management. In all starts there!!!

Used the drive through and it took forever. If you're in a hurry, do not get sick in this drive through line. Other than that, the service was good and crew was professional.

Very disappointed. I usually order from my local Panera, but they ran out of the bagels I wanted, so I ordered from the Murrieta location.I ordered a dozen bagels on line, paid for it and order was confirmed for pick up. I sent my daughter to pick them up, keep in mind that gas is over $6.00 a gallon....she was told the bagels were sold and they "cancelled" the order, but NEVER contacted us. A refund was offered, but the inconvenience was worth so much more than the product ordered. If the product was paid for and confirmed ready, then how did they get sold? It was more than just not getting what I ordered, but a waste of TIME and gas! "Sorry" is just not acceptable. There is a flaw in the online system or this specific location.

Does nothing to produce delivery orders in a timely matter. And then feeds excuses of why they are not producing delivery orders and just going down the list. You guys are supposed to expedite delivery orders. Pretty sure you agree to that when you sign up to use a delivery service....30 mins to deliver a salad a few miles because this place took 20 mins to produce the food.

All their food is great and fresh. I have never had anything bad from Paneras. Love the calm atmosphere, music playing and staff. Highly recommend. Comfortable dining area and outside patio area too. ? Love it! ??

The past 4 times I have tried to eat here they have been closed. Riddle me this, How does a business remain optional when it closes at 3 pm. I'll tell you the answer it doesn't. If you do somehow make it in to the 5 minute window where they are open congrats now you will have to wait 45 minutes for your food.

Great place to eat. Healthy options, just watch the carbs. The tables are a little messy, they should give us options to clean our own tables. Food is good as always tho.
