We have been to this place numerous times and it is always amazing! Even when busy it is so quick to get thru, that's never easy to find in most boba places.Their quality of drinks is phenomenal. They even go out of their way to customize if you ask. You can't beat that!I would also add that they spotlight a number of seasonal drinks, each unique and tasteful. Many boba places just run the same drinks year round, this place offers some seasonal comforts. Delicious!Their menu section is quite large as well. We've been to a few boba places that have limited menus and don't stand out. This is not one of them.So if your in the mood for some delicious boba that is timely and has an extensive menu, this is the place for you!!
Poor customer service. Took another customer ahead of me after they acknowledged I was there and said they'd be with me in a min. Someone else walked in and they helped them before me although I was standing in the start here line. I walked out. They need training.
Monsta Snow is the ultimate go to spot for all of our tasty favorites. Delicious, affordable and customer service with a smile.I love the atmosphere and the quality of the Boba drinks and ice cream.Definitely a must try!!
Such a fun and interesting menu. The almond coconut thai tea with boba was the best!
Amazing experience every time. The staff is so nice. Their system froze out a little for the rewards, but obviously this happens everywhere from time to time. Handled with ease, and no one was the least bit upset. I must have went at the perfect time because before we were done I was being handed my drink. Not only do they make great drinks with quality products, but their customer service makes it all worth it.
Hi!, I am one of your valid customers. There are few things that I noticed from my recent visit.The speaker is too loud that the cashier and I can't hear each other while ordering. We have to lean into the glass,putting the employee and customers at risk acquiring covid.I'm not sure about the guidelines but the glass seems to be too low and not sure if that glass is being clean everytime customers and employees lean on it. My husband is 6'3" and past that glass. I suggest that this simple fix need to be corrected to protect our community in spreading the virus. Thank you and I look forward of coming back and expect a corrective action with these issues.
Love the atmosphere and they have tons of options on the menu! We tried several things and absolutely everything was amazing. We are so glad to have such a yummy place so close to our home!
This boba shop is so cool. They have a lot of great drinks, ice cream and snacks.

Owner is very sweet and the menu is vast. My wife and kids love it here. We take out at least once a week, maybe more, admittedly. Only reason they haven’t earned 5 stars is because the last time I was picking up my order a male staffer blew me off, completely ignoring my question like they were too busy for me. Not cool.
