Not my favorite played down Mexican food place. The chicken in my burrito super fresh and moist.
My family loves this place great price and great food. The BRC is a classic and great choice.
I CANNOT BELIEVE THE IMMEASURABLE AMOUNT OF DISAPPOINTMENT I FELT AFTER EATING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. At this exact establishment the money you’re spending is either going to satisfy or deeply disappoint. A good example of this statement is the bean and cheese burrito. Coming in at around 3$ You will be tasting every cent of disappointment from the start to the cold bitter end. I mean this quite literally. When eating the bean and cheese burrito I would at least expect it to be about room temperature warm, but what I got was a stone-cold brick. I do not know how long that burrito was sitting there. But it was absolutely disgusting to bite into. On the other side of the spectrum are the more expensive items. Anything with the protein of carne asada will come to roughly 10$ just for the meat alone. This would be okay if you were given a bountiful amount of the meat you would pay for. This burrito was also stone cold. For 10$ i would at least like it to be room temperature warm at bare minimum. If you planned on spending that kind of money you’re better off going in and out across the street because at this location you’ll be spending the same amount of time in line for less quality than at in and out. I agree with all the other terrible and appalling reviews. The beans and rice look like dog food if I'm being completely honest. To anyone who is thinking about eating here, I would recommend that you stop and go anywhere else. As I was waiting there were two females that had terrible customer service. I was given an attitude by a taller bleach blonde who was interfering with the other co-workers' jobs. I was being helped by a very kind gentleman which made the experience way less harsh. However this bleach blonde had been distracting him every time I was in need of assistance. He was very kind hearted and apologetic for the long wait times and all the other inconveniences. There was another female that was shorter than the rest; she looked possibly like a latina. She had such an unbelievable mood that made her seem like she didn’t care. The female in question had acted as if standing in line for 30 minutes was okay. When I mentioned this to her the lady had been nothing short of disrespectful, raising her tone toward me when I had asked why the wait had been so long and she then gave me an attitude because she claimed that I was impatient. When someone waits for fast food they expect it “fast” this establishment claims to be fresh however the guacamole looks like it came out of a horror movie it's oddly colored seemingly bio luminescent i was disgusted and turned away. You’re more likely to find better and possibly fresh ingredients at a subway than here. Overall this establishment is by far the worse i have seen and personally believe that it should be taken down. The kind gentleman that was here working today deserves a raise and the prices of the food is completely wasteful. A handful of carne asada for 10$ is an outrage and highway robbery. If you order food with any meat expect little to none or for it to be stone cold.
Love this southern most Miguel's Jr! Really wish you had locations in San Diego, but until then, this location is YUM!Favorites include shredded beef tacos, garbage burritos, and the crushy ice in their beverages.
Everything was just meh. I had the garbage burrito with chicken and it had hardly any flavor. Chips were good; guac was unnaturally BRIGHT green, like they'd mixed it with coloring or something, and all we could taste was avocado - no spice, no pico, nada.Also got number 5, which is the 2 carne asada tacos plate that came with beans, rice, and a drink. The meat was cooked will done and, like everything else, just meh. The tacos had fresh cilantro and onions but the meat didn't taste marinated. The corn tortillas tasted fresh.The bright spot of our meal was the horchata, which was cold, smooth, and had the right amount of spice. Often, restaurant horchata tastes chalky but this didn't. The restaurant was also clean and the servers polite and helpful. The food was delivered quickly.
I'm just going to say everything is so salty and tasteless. Guacamole is not real it's a joke. Don't waste your money period.
Love this place always order bean cheese rice burrito and add lots of hot sauce. Wish I lived closer I only get Miguel's Jr when I'm leaving San Diego head home to Sacramento so yes long drive good food.
Carne asada meat was great along with refried beans, rice and chips but their salsas are meh... Their guacamole was mixed with something and I really didn't like it. It didn't taste like fresh guacamole I am used to. Server was nice and friendly. Place was clean and bathroom was clean but had sewer smell. Picture of Carne asda tacos and Carne asada dinner.
We ordered from u WednesdayNight & were so disappointed with the food. They left things out & the food was cold. We’ve ordered from you for a long time& the is usually hot & good.I don’t what went wrong. A loyalCustomer!!
Not crowded at all ...The big line was next door at the In-N-Out but I hope Miguel's continues to prosper
